Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. "Glamping pod was ok but not as advertised. It stated private shower/bathroom which is why we booked. To our disappointment on arrival it was communal showers and toilet."

"The hotel was lovely; the rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing. The common rooms were very nice and welcoming. The staff was professional, gracious and friendly. We spent a lovely cocktail hour in the lounge and enjoyed delicious custom cocktails. Dinner and breakfast were first rate! Local foods, creatively prepared. We went for an afternoon hike along the canal, which was easy to access from the property. Highly recommend this property."

"The room was very well appointed and renovated but still had a fair bit of rustic charm. The staff are unbelievably nice and accommodating ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The value for the price is unbeatable - free delicious breakfast buffet and snacks. The only downside is the limited parking and spotty Wi-Fi but certainly not a deal breaker. The owners, staff and people who live in this city are very welcoming and made...
