"It was great to have 4 double beds in the room and still have plenty of room to move around. I appreciated that the light switches were labeled. I would suggest an additional table and light between the 2 sofa beds. Contactless check in worked well. I received a text message with the code and instructions were clear. The hotel is set back enough from the road that it is very quiet"

"We enjoyed the spa despite the rain. I’m sorry we didn’t get to ride the scenic lift to the top of the hill but it was cold and windy."

"It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. Even the couple that we came to visit didn’t know it was here and are getting there family members to stay there when they visit. "

"Property is in an easily accessible location, with convenient day trips to hiking, waterfalls and forest. The property is set up for multiple guests. Some bedrooms perhaps overcrowded with beds, but it depends on your needs. We will only used the main bedroom. It had a nice balcony and view. Casual, not elegant, but perfect for our needs. Kitchen had everything we needed and property was clean. It was great that we could bring our dog with us. Communication was excellent.. cell reception not so...

"Great connecting spot for our group- 13 guys all had tons of room and beds as well as plenty of bathrooms. Was a great spot for the different ORV trails we rode in the area. Good Restaurants are about an hours drive so I would consider cooking in or planning to spend at least 2 hrs round trip for some of the great choices or food in the area, from Iron city to Marquette. Overall great place with an awesome lodge and the sauna was icing on the cake for me. Would stay again. "

"I would higly recomend this place to stay. We were ablt to cook our own meals in the kitchen, there was ample beds for our family of five and it was very clean. I would stay here again when we visit in the future."
