"Não foi agradável, o hotel não entrega o que promete. Na praia não tem cadeiras nem guarda sol hotel não empresta e não aluga, falta investir mais conforto na praia a piscina curto tempo, refeições dentro do hotel poucas opções e muito caro, o bar fecha cedo e nao tem nenhuma atração, decepcionante se você sair da piscina depois das 15:00 não tem serviço de refeição."

"Oni no sumika is a beautiful ryokan tucked away in Shuzenji. The staff are all extremely kind and accommodating (they do not speak English, so google translator is a must if you’re foreign and they are quick to use it) The traditional breakfast was great, with many small dishes that leave you satisfied but not full to start your day. If I am in shuzenji again I will be staying here."

"This is a beautiful Ryokan with a view looking over the water. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We emailed them when we were in the area and on the way to the local station. They shuttle van drove up as we were walking out of the station. Thankful for that as the ryokan was on a windy, narrow road. "We had an excellent experience at KAI Ito! Our family of four stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. The suite was large and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were included. The food was extravagant and excellent, but note that it will not be appropriate for very picky eaters. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, accomodating to children, and their English was fantastic! I highly recommend this resort for families. We will definitely be staying at KAI resorts any time we're...
