"We stayed in Japanese Western Style Room with Japanese Futon and the room is BIG~ Hotel room furnishing is on the older end but overall the room was comfortable. Onsen was great too. Hotel can be a little inconvenient for travellers without a car. For those driving, there is ample parking available both in front and behind the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended stay when in Utoro, Shiretoko!"

"You need a car when you stay at this property. The wife and husband owners are so nice and helpful to show the kitchen. There is a professional kitchen all equipped that guests can use until 10pm. The view from my room was seaside and wonderful"

"Stayed in the top floor suite for 3 days and found every penny worth. Great service, great room and great views The only drawback is the distance to Rausu. We did not have a car, but the front desk helped in every possible way for taxi, buses."

"The indoor onsen was too small and the outdoor onsen water is too hot and the bathing facilities basic. But the food and service were excellent. We drove so it is not a problem but for those who don't, it will be inconvenient"

"This hotel is close to the bus terminal. It is also walking distance to Godzilla Rock. Front staff is friendly and speaks English. At check out, we were asked to pay Y300 each for using the Onsen or hot bath. We told him we didn’t use the hot bath facility but we still have to pay for it. I don’t think that is right. "

"施設は新しくて清潔、部屋もドミトリーと個室があり快適でした。特筆すべきはサウナで、水風呂はキンキンに冷えていて、外気浴、内気浴、焚火もしてくれます。貸切の時間帯でしたがスタッフさんの好意で一人で利用させていただきました。宿は知床観光船の事故で落ち込んだ地域を活性化させたいとの思いで宿を始めたようで、昼は食事も提供していて地域の方で混雑していました。次回は食事もしたいです！"
