"Cabañas inmersas en un bellísimo jardín proporcionan una excelente experiencia, sin embargo podria ser mejor con un mejor mantenimiento. Estuvimos hospedados en la cabaña Reef, la cual tiene algunos problemas. (Presenta una gotera en el techo de la terraza, La estufa tiene problemas y las puertas de los gabinetes de la cocina tienen problemas para cerrar. A lo interno de la cabaña hace falta mejor mantenimiento al baño, la caja de seguridad es inmanejable y hace falta para que la experiencia...

"Casa Mapache is a lovely place managed by lovely people. The spacious, clean room had a king size bed and two twin beds, which was perfect for our family of four with two "tween" boys who don't want to share a bed if they don't have to! "We had to leave a day early. There was construction going on next to us which we were not told about ahead of time. They are building more bungalows. Between the open netting at the ceiling and windows without curtains, it was noisy and we had no privacy. In addition we waited 15 minutes and didn’t get hot water for the shower the last two mornings we were there. The beach was not walking distance as advertised. You would have to walk a dusty and busy road to get there. I was honest with...

"The hotel is not as advertised. It is not beachfront as the misleading photos show. There was no Internet and the TV did not work ( noblesse obliges, we got a discount for this, but we had to work online and we couldn’t). The cabins have a very nice layout and a beautiful patio with tables and chairs but everything is old, worn out and dirty. I would not return. There are much better places for the same money."

"I loved this property and the staff. Really well thought out and great attention to detail. Very comfortable and easy. Lovely pool and great restaurant. Well located and nice to also pop across to Harmony"s juice bar and to sit under their palapas for a change in scenery. Will definitely return. "
