"Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Juste assez loin de la cohue et très proche des bons resto et de la plage. Tout se fait à pied. La cuisine est bien équipé et la piscine fait du bien en fin de journée. Nous recommandons. "

"This was a great place to stay for our family. It's very new and the pool was great for the kids and adults. It was also quiet but a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also liked the outdoor balcony and large outdoor table. I definitely recommend! "

"My husband and I enjoyed a week at the property. It was everything that it claimed to be. Wonderful private balcony that we enjoyed morning coffee. Secure entrance for the property that ensures additional peace of mind. Walking distance to everything including delightful restaurants. The property is just off the road so there is a little auto noise, however, never bothered us. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. Would definitely book the apartment again."

"The place is in a great location, few minutes to the beach and 6min car ride into Tamarindo where it is bumpin.The home was a bit dated, but all in all we had a great time."

"We really enjoyed our time at your Playa Potrero beachfront villa. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Clean, updated, quiet and located on a beautiful beach with private pool. Arturo, the property manager, was very welcoming and informative with our questions. Cleaning service was an added bonus. Definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway! Thank you!"

"We had a great stay. Location was perfect for my senior mom with mobility issues. She was able to use her walker to get down to the beach. The unit was spacious and comfortable low water pressure in the kitchen sink and could use a few more amenities like a plunger and kitchen supplies. Otherwise, all in all a fantastic accommodation. "The view from my room was beautiful! The room was perfect for a couple. I would give it a five stars rating if the bathroom didn’t smell like mold. I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. They could not fix it 😕 The construction noise started from 07am to 10 pm. There was only one road to get in and out of town. It was very very bumpy! Food was expensive at Las Catalinas and...

Decepcionante

"Ótima localização, mas o resto ficou a desejar. Café da manhã não incluído. Os quartos que ficam no térreo tem janelas pra dentro do pátio do hotel. São janelas pequenas, sem ventilação, o que deixa o ambiente bem claustrofóbico. O banheiro também tem uma pequena saída de ventilação. Quanto ao estacionamento CUIDADO. No anúncio aparece que o hotel tem estacionamento gratuito, mas na verdade são vagas públicas que ficam na frente do hotel e sempre estão ocupadas. Chegamos nunca sexta feira a noite e não tínhamos onde estacionar próximo. Isso foi desgastante, paramos longe e tivemos que carregar nossas malas por uma quadra."
