"Kelly Cottage has plenty of space for spreading out and is also cozy at the same time, if that makes sense, lol! Love that it is pet-friendly, and so close to Mackinac Island. We really enjoyed being so close to the water, and also close to a main road. It was quiet and calm, and the skylights in the upper rooms were a lovely surprise. We had a fair amount of rain, so didn't make a lot of use of the outdoor areas, but I could see it being a lot of fun in better weather. My note to other...

"This adorable little cottage was exactly what we needed for our first "dog vacation" with our one-year-old Australian Shepherd, Orla. It was just a short 15-minute walk to Zoll St. dog beach (Orla's happy place!), and we made a regular habit of heading down to the lake and visiting the deer park each evening.
