"Beautiful location. Solid no nonsense hotel. Enjoyed the stay enormously. Massively enhanced by superb staff fronted by the charming and helpful Zain. "

"The hotel is very old fashioned, but there is everything you need for a week or two. There is a balcony (no sea view) and the air conditioning works perfectly well. 100 m to the beach. The hosts are very nice and kind people. There was a couple of bottles of water and plenty of fresh fruit in the room when we arrived."

"No words can describe how perfect little falassarna beach is and how pretty the apartment are. It is our second time here and it only gets better. Walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants. Breakfast is great and super convenient. "

"Amazing staff. Amazing location. Amazing renovation. I would recommend more comfort in the beds and have an option for double bed/king size instead of the two single beds. Other than that I felt safe travelling and staying there alone. Very very good people at the property. "

"Helt fantastiskt mysigt lugnt ställe precis vid havet. Fria solstolar är ett plus. Fräsch pool. Jättegullig trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Busshållplatsen nära om man vill åka in till Chania. Vi kommer verkligen åka tillbaka till detta mysiga ställe. Man hör både den trafikerade vägen och havets vågor tydligt när man ska sova. Men detta var inget som störde oss."

"Struttura nuova, in ottima posizione e facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada principale.personale preparato, premuroso e attento! Camera pulita e ben insonorizzata con arredo contemporaneo ed essenziale! Servizi utili come la fornitura dell’ombrellone per recarsi in tutte le spiagge non attrezzate dei dintorni, e non solo. In sostanza un’ottima soluzione perché vuole essere coccolato e allo stesso tempo non spendere una follia! Grazie per aver reso speciale la nostra vacanza! "

"Bom hotel. Para quem que ficar na localidade de Falasarna, Balos é uma ótima opção e relação custo benefício. Não tem vista para o mar, o café da manhã é muito bom e depois de um passeio o final da tarde na piscina e bar foram ótimos."

"100 percent will return. The owners Argriris and his brother were unbelievably welcoming, proper Greek welcome. Sitting on the roof in the jacuzzi was great, especially at sun set. If you asked how to get around or had some other issues, if they didn't know, they would find out for you asap. All the staff were brilliant. Room was great, all the furniture seemed brand new, in the main room. Bathroom seems a bit outdated but that Greece. Family restaurants next door at decent prices. Mini marts...

"Had the most amazing time. Staff were very helpful with great communication. The room was lovely with a stunning view as well as the pool was very well maintained. Close by to restaurants/coffee/beaches but a car is a must! Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"Vi hadde en flott uke på Katerina Seaside Studios. Vii hadde altan/rom med utsikt til havet og stranden . 2 min til sandstranden og gode solsenger. Nydelig frokost på restauranten vegg i vegg. Rent og pent. Hyggelig vertskap . Gode senger. Sentralt til butikker og godt utvalg av spisesteder. Trygt og godt. Kommer gjerne tilbake ."

"It's been great stay with family. Room was very comfortable, simple furnishing and large balcony. Pool area is very quiet, just lie down and relax while having beautiful flowers and fruit trees around. Restaurant and mini market are just 100m away, you can easily walk to nearby villages which has more tavernas and markets like 1-3km or use bus that comes every 20min. I recommend this place for those looking for peace and quiet location, even beach area during the season time is not crowded....

"The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. "
