I called three times to have our name added to the gate access, but guest services were not able to do so. "October 2024 We booked this for 6 adult family members. First the bad: This property has no central air conditioning, even though the page specifically says there is. Two of the bedrooms need bed upgrades, one is a sofa bed. The pots and pans were low quality and were not enjoyable to cook with, for example, the Teflon was chipped and worn on the pans. "Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...

"The place that we stayed in was cute, it got a bit chilly at night in the front room area, there wasn’t any heat . It was nice and quiet . They originally didn’t give us the cottage that was was advertised online , but when I returned to the front desk and showed them the picture of the cottage we were supposed to have,they did give us that one We enjoyed our stay "
