"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...

"Thimble Cottage is sweet and nicely decorated but was a bit too small for 4 not large adults in our opinion. Easy location to explore delightful Southwold from. It was however rather noisy (bus stop and lovely pop up bakery queues outside main bedroom window from early in the morning, dog grooming parlour immediately behind the tiny courtyard, public bins being emptied at 5:30am in the High St). "Very warm welcome, both for us humans and especially the dog (complimentary bed/treats and dog bowl for her use during the stay). Dog welcomed throughout the hotel including main restaurant. Meal at dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Warm, spotlessly clean room, well appointed, close to the bar/restaurant and had a convenient small garden space for the dog's convenience.
