"Immaculate space. Just needed a place to sleep so this was more than enough. Tricky to find the alley on Google Maps (use Apple) and private parking spot best for a compact car. Greg was helpful via app and the place was very clean. Shower is very low (I had seen this in a past comment but didn't expect that, so be aware) and bring eye mask as there are only thin curtains."

"Loved the woodland cottage, it was one of my favorite VRBO’s so far! It was decorated beautifully with so many wonderful little touches throughout and came stocked with everything we could possibly need, including snacks, games, even a stocked medicine cabinet. We even borrowed some stadium cushions for the shows at Red Rocks that we were there for. The location was so convenient and the surroundings were gorgeous! We loved sitting on the deck watching the deer (and I think I saw two foxes!)...

"The property was exactly as advertised. Proximity to town, Grand Lake and RMNP were all fantastic. The property was the perfect size for our party (4 adults). Grand Lake had multiple great dining options, and the shopping was what I would expect. We had a wonderful stay."
