AMENITIES: 65" smart TV w/cable in LR, 50" cable TV in primary BR, 32" smart TV in 2nd BR, DVD, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and drip coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans throughout, covered balcony, on-site pool and grilling area, access to ground level locker for keeping guest beach gear. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
