"This was the perfect spot to be together! We will have to return in the summer!!"

"Nice beachfront home. Clean, well stocked with essentials, ideal for reunions. Bathroom locks not present/working and some loose cinder blocks in the backyard could cause safety hazard. Overall enjoyed stay. "

"Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time."

"We loved our winter stay in this cute, cozy cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There was ample room for our family of 4, were able to hike in Van Buren State Park and along Lake Michigan from the cabin and were still minutes from town to go in for dinner. We were looking for a cabin in the woods with snow, and this delivered. We will be back to this cabin in the summer or fall to experience different...

"Host was great on communication and flexible with our requests. We enjoyed a family gathering at the houses. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back for another, longer stay!"

"We are a small performance art organization based in Chicago, and rented this gorgeous home for our annual winter retreat. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged. The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and a fully-stocked kitchen, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We really appreciated the clear directions, with helpful details both on the front-end and in the on-site directions...

"Who knew that sand and snow combined would be just what we needed! As soon as we walked into our cottage getaway, the cozy space welcomed us with a beautiful kitchen, large TV and the bed was really comfortable!! "The property was lovely, quiet and clean- must be fairly new to rental market still needed a couple things. Communication with rental group was very delayed or None existent. I had to directly contact host who called immediately. Met another renter at the pool who stated she’s stayed in neighborhood twice and both times communication was awful. We were never told about a fob needed to get into pool ( she waited 6 hours for a response and told me). We searched the house and finally found it. "

Communication with the host was good, and they responded positively to our suggestions for more accommodations for large groups such as extra bath towels and kitchen cloths and towels. We also suggested a few folding chairs and a high chair, since the table cannot comfortably seat more than about ten (there are a few seats at the island as well though).
