Patras Villa Elia

Villa Elia is located in a property of 3.000 sqm full of fruit trees like lemon trees, orange trees and olive trees. Villa Elia is a house of total 245 sqm (ground floor and basement) and parametrically has large balconies, lawn and a special place where it is possible to organize parties and affairs! Villa Elia includes three very comfortable bedrooms for 6 + 2 persons and three bathrooms (from which the one is a W.C), a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room (two extra persons can sleep there) with fireplace made of stone and a dining area as well. All rooms have free WiFi access to the Internet and in the living room there is a full music audio system and a Plasma TV. Moreover, we offer free Streaming TV service giving you the opportunity to connect your smartphone with the TV in order to watch your favorite movies, listening to music and entertain yourselves in your own way!

The basement is of 85 sqm and it has a complete work out equipment as well as a living area where the sofa can be turned into a double bed. In the basement there is a shower, a W.C and a special area for sauna and hamam.
All rooms of the Villa are soundproofed, heat-insulated with double glasses and fire alarm system. The bedrooms have air-conditioners and in the whole house there is central floor heating. The Villa is equipped with all the necessary bed linen and towels for 8 persons.
In the property 12 cars can be parked and for two of them an indoor garage is provided. In the garden of Villa Elia there is a special stony area for parties and affairs which has also an outdoor dining area, a bar and a living area as well.
Our guests have full access in all spaces of the house, the basement and the garden! They can wander among the trees, relax at the bar and the outdoor living area around it and even organize a party there! Of course they can use all the available equipment like the work out and sauna/hamam facilities!
