we had a great time! We sadly had to leave back to NYC after a great week! I must say it was amazing and so relaxing!
I adore the home, its so well decorated and so fresh and clean! It is such a quaint and silent place, i heart the birds sing! The fragrance of honeysuckle filled the air, it was wonderful to wake up to! I am glad we picked Park Davis bc i liked it a lot the remoteness of the house , further back in it was very quiet. We frequently saw the deer's grazing near the house and we enjoyed watching them from the front porch. Next time maybe we get to use the fire pit in front, but didn't this time bc it was quite warm. The barbeque in the back yard, worked great and we had quite a few meals with it! We really loved having the new beach chairs, they were plenty to go around and they are perfect to be carried on our backs like a backpack! The beach cart was such an asset and helped to lug things to the beach! Thanks for the plenty amount of beach towels! The green cart was great for our daily grocery store runs, be sure to use the short cut right straight along the harbor back and forth to the house! ! Its such a pretty house, we loved airy feel of the vaulted ceilings and the 2 sky lights windows letting sun in. I also loved that the house was fully accessible for my daughter with her Muscular dystrophy , which was also a reason that we chose the house with no stairs or steep inclines on board walks entry ways :-) and My hubby says TV worked as advertised. Be sure the WIFI log in is not CAPITAL Letters, it's lowercase...Bc on the Peg Board in the Living Room , it is noted in CAPITAL Letters. My Hubby used his log in for Netflix for the kids shows , which worked as well. The kitchen was well equipped and needed nothing but the coffee grounds ( we left a pack of coffee filters) and the food we would eat. It has a good selection of spices and Oils for making lettuce and for cooking already at hand. Plenty of plates and cups and glasses and so forth! I will definitely recommend this home to my friends ! Thank you again Joanne for guiding us through it all, we sure felt at home in "Changes in Latitude"! ! Best Regards from NYC, family Swanson"
