Férias para Passaic County

Great hotel, great room space. I really liked it. What was lacking was the gym. I really needed the gym because I was at the hotel to participate in a jiu jitsu championship. I needed to lose weight and the gym was closed. The ad didn't say anything about it. It said there was a gym. I went expecting everything to be ok! But it wasn't. That was horrible. The app or the hotel needs to say that the gym is not working.

To have breakfast is almost an adventure. There are not enough space for everyone and a lot of people have to eat staying in the hall. Food, juice and coffee are not available during the whole time and we had to wait and wait and wait. The internet in my room did not work properly, in fact in the whole hotel. I had to work, but without internet it was not possible. There are also no a room available in the hotel to work, considering the internet does not work properly in the rooms. My friends and I had to pack everything one day and leave the room for carpet change. Lost of time and additional work for us. I claimed some time about the problems and I always heard from hotel staff “I’m sorry”. Once I was suggested to change the hotel! There are some aspects to be changed in the hotel in order to make it more comfortable.

Excelente hotel. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Perto das principais linhas de metrô.muito bem localizado. Já fiquei hospedada 3 vezes neste hotel. Com certeza, numa próxima viagem a New York pretendo me hospedar nele novamente.
