Timber Ridge boasts a stunning array of high-end amenities, ensuring an unforgettable stay. The custom gourmet kitchen and butler's pantry are a chef's dream, while the open and spacious living area, complemented by additional seating at the breakfast bar, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Step outside to the backyard oasis, where an in-ground swimming pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, ample seating, and a gaming area await. Marvel at the breathtaking sunset views over the Bay of St. Louis – a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment.

This magnificent home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2800 square feet of pure comfort, accommodating up to 10 guests. The bedrooms include:
* Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): King-size bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite primary bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking jetted tub, and a double vanity.
* Guest Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and private balcony.
* Bunk Room: Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a walk-in closet.
* Loft: Twin day bed with a pullout twin trundle.
* Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combination and a double vanity.

After exploring the charming coastal towns or indulging in the attractions of the "Secret Coast," return to Timber Ridge for a worry-free, relaxing experience. Whether lounging by the pool, grilling the day's catch, preparing a family meal in the gourmet kitchen, or simply enjoying the bay breeze on one of our decks, this gorgeous home promises an unforgettable getaway filled with sun, sand, fun, and adventure. Rest assured, Timber Ridge WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

Important Guest Information:
· GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK
· RENTAL AGREEMENT AND GUEST REGISTRATION FORM REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AT TIME OF BOOKING
· PHOTO ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN
· NO SMOKING
· NO PETS
· NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS
· Free Wi-Fi
· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds, towels, & beach towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.
Check In: Check in for arriving guest will be 4:00pm.

Check Out: Check out for departing guests will be 10:00am.

Early/Late check in/out may be available with enough notice and an additional charge.



THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED Is 8. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Pass Christian asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the pool area.
Babies MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool. If an accident does occur in the pool, you may be subject to an additional fee for pool cleanup.
ALL CHILDREN, under the age of 16, are NOT PERMITTED in the pool/water area without an adult present. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveways.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted without prior approval.
DO NOT move the grill or leave it unattended while in use.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.

Family Vacation
Property was a great fit for our stay. We enjoyed the pool most evenings as a family. The kitchen was very large and open for family meals although we found ourselves eating out most nights! Great location if you want to remove yourself a bit from the busy beach scene.

Enjoyed our stay!
We loved our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again! The home was even more fabulous in person. We really enjoyed the pool and view. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and only a short drive to the beach. Pass Christian is a lovely small beach town, and we were able to enjoy the beach without it being crowded, while Gulfport was only a 20-30 minute drive away and has many options for things to do with little ones.

Great Getaway
Pass Christian is a hidden gem, and we absolutely LOVED staying here! Great pool, and we caught plenty of catfish off of the balcony (catch and release). Just a few miles from the beach, a great restaurant Shaggy’s, and a good lil snowcone stand that the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is great and we will definitely rent the property again. The property has everything you need and a lot of recreation ping pong/ pool on the water if you bring your boat or seadoo. Since the elevated dock does not have a lower dock/platform little challenging boarding and mooring the boat but it was fine. Plan where you will launch your boat if bringing it or pwc. It would be wort researching since the property is in a neighboarhood if the renter could have access to the key card to gain accecss to the Neighborhood boat launch. It was a great prorperty.

Lovely Pass Christian Home
This is a spacious, well appointed home on the Wolf River. We had our grandchildren ages 5-13 with us and they had so much fun in the pool, playing ping pong and shooting baskets in the basketball game. The rooms were a nice size though the bunk beds were very wobbly.

Amazing!!
We had such a peaceful relaxing time at this beautiful property! The house has everything you could think of needing. Kristin was wonderful to work with. The house had so many options for everyone to be together or relax alone. The pool was fantastic and refreshing after a trip to the beach or to New Orleans. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Mississippi! Thank you for making our 2021 memorable. And for the best house we’ve rented in 15 years of summer beach trips!
