This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV. The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience.



The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances.

Small appliances include toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster(this home does not have a microwave). Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.



Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs.



The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer.



Outdoor Areas:



The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ.
