So unclean that we decided not to stay, even though it was too late to find another accommodation and it meant canceling our trip and driving back home. Requested a refund and homeowner declined, contacted VRBO and sent photos a couple days ago and haven't heard back yet. This experience was a disappointing and costly waste of time."

"We traveled to Pasco for a conference and because we have a newborn we felt a Vrbo would be more comfortable for our family. The house was clean and felt very welcoming upon entering. It matched the photos that were online with no hidden surprises. We didn't realize it was an older house so the floors creaked a bit but we found a lot of enjoyment in watching each other tiptoe around in an attempt to not wake the baby. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we also understand it's not our own...
