Additional Information

The heating if needed is to be paid according to consumption in cash on
the spot at market prices. The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per person
for the whole stay after the second night. Children under 14 years old
are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
