"Very nice, clean property. The bedrooms have no AC, but there are fans in the closets. We were able to use them and were comfortable enough to sleep in the evenings. It was a very humid week while we stayed. There was only one AC unit in the house and it shut down during our stay, but Harry had someone there in an hour to take care of it. I would recommend The Loft."

"It was wonderful. A perfect little getaway stay for going to see the New River Gorge National Park. The listing was accurate, and although a little noisy, it was very cozy and clean. The host was great with communication and provided helpful tips and popular places nearby. "

"Cute condo on the river. If you’re adventurous you can pick your way down to the bank. The condo was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet. The New Spot has the best bologna sandwich and the coldest beer."

"Everything was clean, quiet, easy check-in. We enjoyed the hot tub! "

"We rented this property for Bridge Day Weekend. The property was clean and accurately described by the seller. The gym room was well equipped and the hot tub was fantastic. The owner was quick to reapond to questions and very helpful."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay in Oak Hill! It was the perfect amount of space for me and my fiancée. The property was very clean and cozy. Even though the property is near a main road we couldnt hear any traffic at all. The kitchenware is a little sparse so I wish we'd brought a frying pan, but otherwise we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!"

"This property was absolutely perfect! Nestled in Fayetteville with bars, restaurants and nature all just steps away. The property itself was METICULOUS! Not a single speck of dirt anywhere, including hallways and common areas. It was extremely well appointed-down to extra batteries for remote controls if needed! We were there for a very short trip and cannot wait to come back and stay again. There are 4 units in the building, so it would be perfect for a friend or sibling/family trip! Hosts were...
