" ⸻ I had such a wonderful experience during my recent check-in. From start to finish, everything was smooth and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible surprise waiting in the room. The bed had been beautifully decorated with balloons, a birthday banner, and a thoughtful card, which made the occasion feel so personal and memorable. "The rooms were very nicely decorated and beds comfy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening meal very nice. Spacious car park. Easy to walk straight out onto the hills. My only suggesting is that without a ‘boot room’ the stair carpet and landing carpet is a bit grubby ( presumably from muddy boots and wet paws) and needs to be carpet cleaned weekly! "
