"We were excited to stay in such a unique place and it did not disappoint. The location was excellent - within walking distance of the Aquarium & our trolley tour pick up location. There are some excellent food and drink options near as well. We grabbed a quick bite the next day at Boston Sail Loft where the chowder was excellent! "Perfect tor 3 Texas girls! The boat was comfortable and the view was incredible! Location couldn’t have been better. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything we wanted/needed was within walking distance. Delicious food, coffee, shopping, all just steps away. The hosts were responsive and friendly, very accommodating. "My family and I absolutely loved our stay. It cant get much better than this!! The boat was so clean and in such a great location to many amazing restaurants and sights. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Boston. The parking was expensive but I think it is comparable to other places in the city. "

"What a great way to enjoy a weekend in Boston. Check in was seamless, accommodations were just as described and Jon, Karen and Sherrie were so nice. The added touches, baked goods, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, butter, cream cheese etc were very much appreciated. Communication was easy and location was perfect. We traveled with another couple and we all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a truly memorable weekend!"

"Very cute houseboat within walking distance of many historical sites. The marina is clean, quiet, and very secure. Communication regarding arrival and departure information was great! Coming off a cruise and the owner kindly allowed us to bring our bags early so we could walk around unencumbered. We were greeted by a very friendly person, Sherry, who gave us an orientation of the boat, marina, and surrounding area! Absolutely a repeat location!"

"We only stayed 2 nights but it was so conveniently located. Within walking distance to all our needs and not far from attractions. Didn't have to take the car anywhere. " Sept 22-26. Missed the weather both sides of our trip. Awesome place to have your base. We walked over 20 miles and the ferries help a lot. Senior ferry $1.87 each way. Chad will put you on the eats too. The 7/11 is 3 blocks away. We had to make reservations back in May 2024, so get after next year. Peace Chad, till another time."

Ou seja, para uma viagem curta a dois é um bom local, para viajantes a negócios que precisam de espaço para trabalho, não é a melhor opção (meu caso, tive que usar algumas opões de cafés super-lotadas ao redor)."
