"We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! "Brad & Donna take really good care of their property n it’s beautifully decorated she has about everything u need there n the visits from the wildlife was great Turtles come right up to dock n the ducks came for a visit everyday too n small white beautiful birds it’s convenient to everything we only caught 1 fish though carp but everything was great highly recommend her property. "Ich kann die Villa nur weiter empfehlen. Der offene Pool ist für die Region untypisch, war aber genau das was wir suchten. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine Boot für eine Woche angemietet und dafür war der Bootslift am Kanal optimal.In nicht mal 5 Minuten waren wir schon aufs offenen Meer. Für Cape Coral ein Traum. Die Villa war perfekt eingerichtet. Küche und Grill perfekt. Wir würden diese Villa immer wieder buchen. VG"

"We loved the house. There were fresh flower arrangements everywhere when we arrived. There were places to have privacy and many gathering spots. The house was spotless. Alena saw to a few minor issues right away and we were off hunting sharks teeth and living the beach life. We would return for a second visit Gavin the opportunity!"
