Family-friendly memories abound at this Park City home, gorgeously situated in the Summit Park neighborhood with incredible nightly sunsets. No matter the season, this is a place for world-class outdoor recreation. Find hiking and snowshoe trails directly off the back deck, as well as extensive hiking networks elsewhere in the neighborhood. Within a quick drive, you can make mountain memories at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain or in downtown Park City, Salt Lake City, and Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. And with Salt Lake City International Airport close by and free public transportation available throughout Park City, travel is always easy.
When all you want to do is relax, head inside to the cozy, wood-lined interior. Warm up next to the stone fireplace, relax on the comfortable sofa, and tune into your favorite TV shows and movies. The adjacent kitchen gleams with granite countertops, a center island, and stainless steel appliances. Steps from here, you'll find a large dining table and a separate laundry room.
The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious, offering private outdoor access, a work desk, and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Indulge in some self-care as you utilize the bathroom's dual sinks and walk-in steam shower. The little ones will adore their sleeping quarters, complete with toys and bunk beds. There's also a crib, a Pack-N-Play, and a changing table for your use!
Downstairs, spend thoughtful hours with your loved ones watching movies, playing games, or working out on the Peloton bike. An additional kitchenette and sleeping quarters are available on this level.
Outside, the living space continues in the form of balconies and a large deck. To end another perfect day on vacation, head for the bubbling warmth of the hot tub as the stars begin to make their dazzling appearance in the vast night sky.

This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
A maximum of four cars are allowed at the house, belonging only to the registered guests.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and events are forbidden.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Fires are prohibited per local ordinance.
AWD/4WD vehicles are recommended in the winter months.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
