Location, location, location!
Stayed here this weekend for the Arkansas vs BYU game. There were 2 couples. Wanted a place with short walks to shopping and restaurants. It was perfect! Received a nice phone call from the host the day of arrival with check in info as well as an email. Don’t miss eating at High West Distillery and Saloon! Enjoyed the underground parking and the access to the front door on Main Street. No major issues- Wi-Fi and tv were not plugged in- but an easy fix. If you are particular about soaps take your own. Think the hand soap, body wash and shampoo provided were all the same product. Definitely would recommend and would love to stay here again!

Everything was great. Please update the description to specifically state 2 parking passes and that an overnight accessible public paid garage is in the building. Trying to find a place to park our second car was stressful and turned out to be unnecessary.

Great location!
The location right in Old Town Park City was perfect! We enjoyed sitting out on the second floor balcony and watching people. Walking to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. Check in and out was very easy and keyless entry was convenient. The underground parking was great since we were there during the Kimball Arts Festival when parking can be a nightmare. That being said, the condo was just okay as it really needs updating. For example, the water screeched during my shower and the A/C was very loud. Overall it was a good time with just a few inconveniences.

The condo Overall was amazing! The rooms were comfy and it had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the hot tub needed to be cleaned. It looked like there were no chemicals in it at all. Otherwise, super happy with our stay.

Love the location, condo layout, and how clean the building is. Will stay here again. Check-in procedures need to point you to the email sent by the All Seasons Resort Lodge company email for entry code to room and best contact number. I had to call/message 3 people before I found someone to help me locate the right entry code. Was not expecting, nor looking for, and email from a company hardly identified in the VRBO content…especially since there was an entry code (wrong one) displayed in the app under the check-in procedures. Glad we got it sorted for a lovely stay.

This was our second time and it was just as wonderful as our first! Everything was just as described. The hot tub was hot when we got there, the grill had gas, and the place was spotless.

Great location BUT it's an old unit that really needs updating.
Our stay did not go well at all. It started with freezing because the furnace was broken. The maintenance guy brought space heaters at 11pm that glowed orange and were loud so no one slept the first night. Mgt company moved us to a new location the next day but it was not on Main Street so again disappointing. This unit desperately needs all new linens; towels were rough and worn, some of the bedding had stains, decor is total after thought. The photos show the unit when it was brand new (see the light cream carpet) but it so NOT brand new anymore. New photos need to be taken... they won't be as flattering but at least they'll be realistic. *** When I asked for a refund for the disastrous first night they credited me some weird amount that was not the full amount of one night - why? *** I received no less than a dozen different emails about our stay so when it came time to check-in I was reading through multiple emails to chase down needed information that was not contained in a single email but at least four different messages. Also, when I needed to contact someone about the furnace issue the number that I chased down in the many email was not the property manager. The person sent back a message telling me that they no longer were associated with this property and I need to contact someone else! It's obvious that we did NOT enjoy our stay.

Great unit close to the action
This unit has a fantastic location above Main Street. One block to the Town Lift, and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc all within reach. No car needed. Also some reviews said it can be loud due to the Main St location, but we did not experience that. The one caveat is be careful to not lock yourself on the balcony when going into the hot tub... my only feedback to the owner is to remove the handle lock on that door so it is deadbolt only!

Location is fantastic. It's literally about 1 min to the Town Lift and minutes from all of Main Street Bars, Restaurants and shops. The Hot tub on a the balcony is a really nice touch. Liz and Jodi were vey reponsive and helpful.

Great place to spend a summer month
We spent 32 days at this VRBO condo in Park City, Utah. The location is in the heart of Park City summer activities, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The condo has two decks (one with a hot tub ) that both over look Main Street. The unit was very comfortable with nice furniture, furnishings and beds. It can be a little loud at times but we viewed that as part of the fun. We would have given this condo a five rating except for one big thing. The plastic deck chairs were cheap, worn out and unsteady......very unacceptable. On our first day, we bought four new deck chairs. So, problem solved. We had a great time staying and playing in Park City.
