One of the most unique locations on Norfolk Avenue, this estate is positioned at the top of the hill and nestled back into the trees, perched over downtown with a majestic mountain panorama and 5 fireplaces!

A mountain ski access oasis coupled with ideal walking downtown access, this 6 bedroom residence offers an open space floor plan perfect for entertaining, a diverse bedding dynamic ideal for multi-generational family groups or corporate retreats alike, and offers lodging for 16 discerning travelers looking for the best of historic Old Town Park City offerings.

The property offers multiple living spaces for relaxation and recreation, and a large gourmet kitchen space that is perfectly positioned for holiday entertaining and meals, après ski cocktails, and sporting event gatherings for casual snacks and fun. The kitchen has a commercial gas range and hood, double ovens, main sink and prep sink, two separate kitchen islands that seat 7, and two dishwashers, perfectly outfitted for private chef experiences or family traditions just the same.

The dining area adjacent to the kitchen offers formal seating for 12 and opens out to the living space which boasts a beautiful mountain stone fireplace. The decor is casual and functional, broadly appealing to various age groups and a diversity of visitors. On this level guests will find an additional den and small kitchenette area which can serve as an additional bedroom offering a Queen murphy bed (Bedroom 6) and a separate entrance, along with its own wood burning fireplace and full bath.

The 6 bedroom offering is comprised of a diverse bedding configuration for a variety of travelers. Upstairs, a master King suite with a gas fireplace offers spectacular views, along with spacious ensuite bath with large shower, separate tub and water closet with bidet. On this same level, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer two Twin beds and a gas fireplace and their own ensuite bathroom. A stacked washer and dryer is nearby for added convenience.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 on the top level each have two Twin bunk sets, sleeping 4 in each bedroom. An added Twin trundle in each bunk room brings the total beds for sleeping to 5 if desired. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full adjacent hall bath on this level. Bedroom 6 is referenced as the lockout Queen murphy bed with separate entrance on the main level. The property sleeps a total of 16-18 comfortably and offers ample space for relaxation, entertaining and storage.

At street level there is a 3 car garage, a unique offering in the downtown area, which is suitable for 2 large vehicles and 1 additional smaller vehicle. Upon entry, guests will also find ski storage areas, a laundry room and powder room for convenience.

Perfect property for large groups! Amazing location
This house was even better than we could have imagined. I stayed with a large group of my girlfriends and we had the best time. There is plenty of space, the common area is great for big groups (large, expandable table, couches, etc.), tons of balconies to get fresh air, and just a 5 minute walk into town. For additional context, we came here in late July. The property managers were also amazing. The ice machine wasn't working when we arrived and they were immediately communicative, sent someone over to fix it, and also brought a bunch of bags of ice in the meantime. Would absolutely recommend this property. 10/10!!

Awesome House Close to Town
The house was great and the host responded to all our questions very quickly! It was very conveniently located a 5 minute walk from main street and had amazing views as well as access to awesome mountain trails right next to the house! One warning, there are 3 long flights of stairs to get from the house down to Main street which really got the heart rate going!

The home is beautiful, clean, and a very short walk to ski in and ski out. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, And everything is nice and fresh. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we arrived and it needed a new heater so it could not be fixed while we were there. But, the location of the hot tub is wonderful with a fantastic view. You can easily walk to dinner down a few flights of stairs. Walking back to the home after dinner on Main Street is definitely doable, but it’s probably 100 steps. This is broken up in different levels but good to know if you have anyone with mobility issues. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Definitely a five star rating.

Great house and location!
We loved the house and our location made it easy to go everywhere we wanted to - right off main street! Beautiful views from the home. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Would love to stay there again!

Great spot for a large group (ours was 13). Place accommodated the group easily and was close to town. The garage door was a bit finicky, but a minor issue on the overall weekend. Overall, was a very good experience.

Great location in park city
Amazing location, the steps that cut through the houses made main st an easy walk. The house was phenomenal, so much room for our group. The ski out to the town lift was awesome, but skiing back in was nearly impossible. I dont blame the homeowner, park city mountain does a horrendous job of marking the quittin' time run and many in our group got lost in the trees or missed the run altogether to get back to the house at the end of the day. Would be nice if PCM could mark the run better and include street names, that would be amazing. If you rent a car, make sure you dont get a ski rack on top, cars must fit in the garage as there is no street parking. We struggled to fit a suburban and an f150 into the garage. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Great Family Get Away! Perfect Location
WONDERFUL Property. We hope to book next year with our extended family of ~20. We loved the location (walking distance to main street) and views. Beautiful home.

Beautiful home
Home is perfect for a large family. Location is a little tough to get to especially if icy (pretty sharp turns & hills). But there aren’t many other homes in same area that wouldn’t be same. 5-10 drive to PC lifts. Home has all amenities everywhere you need & then some. Was clean & up to date. I would suggest to future renters to wash sheets prior to sleeping. I’m sure the cleaning service uses ammonia based detergents & there was a distinctive smell in the linens. 2 sets of washer & dryers so not a big deal. Side note: you may need a electrical engineer degree to figure out how to turn lights on & off..
