This Canyon Crossing condominium is beautifully decorated and equipped with lots of amenities! With a multi-level floor plan, two large living spaces, 3 full bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a den with two sets of bunks--there is plenty of space in this beautiful and quiet location. Located just off the rail trail and very close to town, enjoy the luxurious master suite, private hot tub, great room with wood-burning fireplace, large family/entertainment room with 75" , smart TV for movie nights, gas fireplace, foosball table, and game table.

Living Room: Located adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas, with a gas fireplace, 75" flat screen TV, comfortable leather couch and 2 leather seats.
Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, very well equipped for cooking with all the appliances/utensils you'll need, separated from living room area by a
countertop island.
Dining Room: Seating for up to 8 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.
Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, deep tub, and
separate walk-in shower. Access to a private deck to take in the majestic mountain.

capacity is 5 (one double 3 twins), 65" HD flat screen TV, super-comfy sectional couch

Park City Sisters week
We loved the spaciousness of this rental and the convenient location with two different ways to get in and out of the area. Lots of dishes and cooking supplies. There were a couple of things which need attention, but we were content with the property overall.

Park City week
Came in on early check in on Monday stayed until check ot on Friday. We did the Alpine slide, mountain coaster, panned for gemstones, roasted in the heat, shot a few different weapons at the gun club. Tried to go swimming but it closed way early 4:00. Ate at the Road side grill. Went to the farmers market, it was great. We all had a great time. Thank you.

Family vacation
This house was perfect for a large family. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There was no AC, but it was cool with windows open and fans. They had a hot tub which was really nice too! I would highly recommend this home!

Great property/few hiccups
We loved the location and rental property. However, the check-in process was a little stressful. It was implied that we would receive an email the day before with check in info and we didn't receive that until 2 hours prior to check in. Had to buy garbage bags and dish towels for our stay. Also, they to call in a handy man to fix the disposal that was broken on arrival. Communication with owner could be better.

Nice property with easy access toPark City/Deer Valley ski resorts. Needed a place for 10 adults and as long as you are willing to share space with bunk beds (we were) this was a great place. Price was right and accommodations excellent.

Literally perfect
Took a chance on this place when it had no reviews, and I'm so glad I did. We have a group of 12 here for Sundance and it was perfect. Spacious, three rooms upstairs for couples, 4 single beds in the basement, and two nice couches that are big enough to sleep on. The common space on the first floor are plenty spacious, with a big kitchen island, the dining table, and the TV area to congregate around. Fully stocked kitchen, a nice hot hot tub (goes up to 104F!) , big garage & driveway, humidifiers in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood that's near the shuttle and super drivable to Park City, racks for ski gear in the garage. Truly nothing to complain about, perfect place for a big group in Park City.
