Watch the Deer Valley gondola from your kitchen window. Enjoy winter skiing at Deer Valley, Park City, Canyons and summer activities on the lake at Jordanelle - all just minutes away. The Deer Valley gondola is just one mile from the townhouse where you can buy tickets and avail of free locker storage and easy parking. In summer, enjoy the beautiful Jordanelle lake with all the great outdoor activities on your doorstep - water-skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, or just sit on the deck and look at the spectacular lake view.

This is truly a year round destination!

Construction Noise
Across the street (<100 feet) there is construction of a large 5 story condominium building. The noise and dust started before 7am. This should have been disclosed prior to renting. In addition, the property is not being well cared for. Pet stains on the carpet; floor downstairs not sure if it has ever been washed; some light switches don't work; 3 windows don't close all the way; some of the blinds are broken and inoperable; the garage is dirty; the dishwasher does not clean properly (old) and can't hold the dinner plates; the ceiling in the kitchen has evidence of water damage from the master bath upstairs; the master shower nozzle hose is too short thus making it dangerous to operate as it can easily turn the water to scalding hot, water was shut off for 4 days between 10am -4 pm because of construction across the street, sitting bench outside cracked and not useable, etc. The list is endless. This property and location were great! Very quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Park City! We did have a few small hiccups (the air conditioner broke and had a small wasp issue on the deck) but Clare was responsive and got them taken care of! I do want to note, there is construction going on across the street (does not hinder the view from the deck and was not an issue for us at all) but just something to be aware of! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Ski Vacation
Well appointed and comfortable townhouse accomodated us and our three adult children for a one-week February ski trip. The views from the home were beautiful. Several miles drive to go anywhere to eat or ski, but rather have the peace and quiet than the hustle and bustle of Park City. Having a garage to park in was also very nice to have.

Beautiful property in pristine location.
Property is spacious, well appointed, and excellently maintained. Views are wonderful of ski area, mountains, and Lake Jordanelle. Wrap around elevated deck is a real plus. Owners are responsive and very accommodating. Garage is large enough for 2 full sized SUVs. Proximity to skiing, hiking, diving (Crater), cycling, etc., is marvelous. Will visit again!

Loved our stay
We stayed the last 2 weeks of July and it was unseasonably hot; therefore, the AC had a hard time keeping up since there's only one unit. To keep the temps down, we had to keep the blinds pulled in all windows. The upstairs was a little warm for us at night. Luckily we brought fans and there were a few fans there as well. That's the only negative thing I would say. The owner was amazing and responded quickly for our needs. The views were spectacular and the location between Park City and Heber City was convenient for us.

Great place to experience a Park City Adventure
Booking with Clare was straightforward and she was quick to respond. The house is accurately described and the pictures are a true representation. The kitchen has ample cooking supplies and like many VRBOs has the usual left over spices, etc. The house is literally 10-20 minutes away from everything...Park City, the Olympic training center, UTV rentals, zip lining, white water rafting and mountain biking. The deck was a great feature to have morning coffee and relax after a day of adventure.

Beautiful View
Clean place and has all you need for cooking! Beautiful view of Heber Lake out the windows and deck. Very comfortable beds. All the Park City shops are just a few minutes down the highway. Great place to stay!

Quiet spot with beautiful views
We really enjoyed the ease of staying in this property. The owner permitted us to arrive a day early and easy extend our reservation on the end. We used this as a place to stay while construction at our own home finished up. It was cozy and comfortable, all the amenities one would need for both an extended stay and a ski vacation. 15 min drive from old town and 3 min drive from the deer valley gondola. Quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views and a great deck/bbq area. We felt extremely welcomed and will recommend to everyone considering a stay.

Comfortable, Quiet and an expansive view!
We spent a week here enjoying the early autumn weather of Park City and Deer Valley just as the leaves were beginning to change color. No disappointments as everything met our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the mornings on the spacious deck with unending views of the lake and mountains. The location was 10 minutes from Main Street restaurants and shopping but just far enough away in a quiet neighborhood setting. Our host Clare was attentive and and made sure all our needs were met. If you’re looking for a comfortable home away from home in a serene mountain setting we highly recommend this one.

Excellent rental
We had a lovely winter vacation at this townhouse. The rental was nicely furnished, clean and spacious. It was well equipped with toiletries, laundry soap and a well stocked kitchen . The owner was kind, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We would love to return in the future!

Loved it!
Great Clean and roomy home with a fantastic view! The house was fully stocked, great decor and comfortable beds. The VIEW was amazing. Took several road trips, Weber River tubing (45) minutes away, Heber Valley (Historical railroad ride) 15 minutes away and to Park city 15 minutes away. So many hikes in the area-even in the neighborhood, you can hike all the way down to the lake. Host was great!!

Super nice house with awesome view
We had a great stay on a Park City ski and workaway vacation. The neighborhood is really quiet with an expansive view of the reservoir and surrounding hillsides off the back deck. Deck got morning and late afternoon sun (in March) for apres skiing. Entire house was very clean, well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. Gas fireplace and tons of lighting on dimmers added to ambiance. Having the attached garage was great for loading and unloading gear. The drive to Park City/Canyons was maybe 10-15 minutes, so the trade off for the space, view and solitude were worth it. We stayed in Park City the week before and were driving only slightly less to Canyons. This house is only a 2 minute drive from a Deer Park gondola, but we didn’t ski there. Lastly, I would say that communications with Clare are very good. I had several questions and a request or two and she always responded in short order. Great place. Will definitely consider returning on our next Park City trip.

Great location, quick drive to all your winter activities!
This property provided the perfect place for my family for a weekend trip to the area for a nordic ski race. Easy drive to Park City, Heber City, Midway, Soldier Hollow, etc. Great location with quick highway for access to everything in the area. House was extremely clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with items for our stay, and little touches to make it extra welcoming. We were grateful for the spacious garage with space for our ski equipment and vehicle. Wifi service was perfect as we had two kids in virtual classes during our stay. The townhouse had a giant deck which would be wonderful to enjoy on a warmer visit. Our host, Clare was so accommodating with our late arrival and any questions we had prior or during our stay. Her communication was always prompt and helpful. A very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay
Located in a beautiful area near a State park east of Park city. The condo is well equipped with all the items as described. All in all, we were very pleased with our selection. The owner gave us all the house instructions in a timely fashion which enabled us to enjoy immediately.

Great Family Trip
I would highly recommend this place to stay for your Utah visit. It was so clean and had all the supplies you would need. Clare was great to work with. It was a beautiful place and we had easy access to everything; Park City Resort, Heber City, Deer Valley, etc. I highly recommend this townhouse.
