Luxury Deer Valley Mansion W/ INDOOR BBALL COURT. Sleeps 30+

In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

This Deer Valley Luxury Vacation Home is over 10,000 sq ft and includes 12 beds, 10 baths, 2 living rooms, a luxury state of the art gourmet kitchen, theater room, game room and space for 7 vehicles. 

It is located in a beautiful Deer Valley neighborhood and features unparalleled views of Park City Valley, and is a short driving distance to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Main St.

While the snow storms are raging outside enjoy Basketball, Volleyball, Pickle Ball, Soccer, Hockey etc. on your own private indoor Basketball Court. Sleep 30 comfortably with 12 bedrooms and multiple Queen Bunk Beds for families, etc.. Need to work out? This property has it's own gym with weights!

You will not be disappointed by this beautiful modern mountain home with amazing views, tons to do and a quiet and private location within walking distance of hiking and mountain biking trails and a few minutes from Park City and Deer Valley Resorts.

**** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ****

Due to recent large parties and noise infractions we now have the following house rules in place. By booking this home you acknowledge agreement with and adherence to the following house rules:

1. You will only have 7 vehicles at the home.
2. You will not park on the road. You will only park in the driveway or in the garage.
3. You will not produce any loud outside noise after 9 PM. This includes coming home late at night, being outside on the deck or patio etc...

The above rules are not hard to follow. And if followed you will have a wonderful stay, enjoy your vacation, enjoy the neighborhood and have no problems.

If you any of the above rules are broken your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit.

We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay.

If you aren't 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please do not book this home! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home.

Ideal Family Gathering House!
The home was clean, convenient and a great place for our family gathering! The living and dining spaces were ample and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed except large cookie sheets. Our teens and children loved the game room and basketball court! Our only glitch was the loss of an internet connection for two days! Despite that, we wouldn't hesitate to plan another stay in this home!

This place is incredbible
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and stayed here for our CEO retreat. Lots of activities and space for us. The beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Crawford Christmas Vacation
We traveled all the way from Texas to have a White Christmas and this house did not disappoint. It was very specious for our party of 20. The house was so nice, clean and had everything in it that we needed. Josh was amazing with the communication. Highly recommend this property.

Large house near Park City
I rented this house for a corporate retreat. I needed a home that all 10 of my executives would have their own bathroom and this house was perfect. The views are spectacular and its in a very nice neighborhood. The house has a large open space, big windows, plenty of space to gather. Very updated and has everything you would need. The 7 car rule makes it slightly difficult with a big group but is very doable. Josh & Wendy are very responsive, easy to communicate with & readily available. I've already told others what a great space this is in hopes they will also use it. I hope that we can be back to stay again soon.

Perfect house!!
Great house in a great location. Stayed for a week with 6 families including 15 kids. The house had everything we could possibly need from a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of space for multiple families (bedrooms, bathrooms, dining tables, living spaces), game room, to the basketball court that was great for the kids and adults. Josh was extremely easy to communicate with and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for a large group
We spent my 40th here with 20 girls. Other than being a little chilly because the fireplaces were not working it was perfect. Great large space for being together and bunks to give the girls their own beds. Safe neighborhood.

Perfect vacation
WOW!! This house has everything. Everyone in our group had a great time. Lots of space, huge bedrooms, super clean and well stocked. The game room and basketball court were a big hit with our kids. I would highly recommend this home for anyone with a large family. We plan on making this trip an annual gathering and will definitely book this house again!

Perfect vacation
My family and I travel around a lot and we have never stayed in a home this cool. This house literally has everything, a theater, basketball court, gym, huge kitchen, the list goes on. The Property Manager was really nice and very helpful walking us through and making sure we knew how everything worked. It was the perfect vacation home for us. We can't wait to come back.

This house was so fun. Lots of space, vert well stocked. We set up a few blow up mattresses and there was plenty of extra pillows and linens. It was super clean, and really nicely decorated. The basketball court was the best part. Great house.

Awesome Home!
Wow, this home has everything. For a home that can fit so many people, it's set up so the sound doesn't carry. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, there was literally something for everyone. Great home, we will definitely be back for all our family gatherings.

Great property for large group!
The property was perfect for our executive offsite. Everyone had their own bedrooms and most had their own bathrooms. There was plenty of room for meeting, gathering, and even the ability to separate if needed.

The Best House Ever
This house is so awesome!! With the basketball court, the gym, theater room, game room, and huge kitchen we literally never left the property. This home is spacious to have all your family and friends with you but not feel cramped and on top of each other. It has something for everyone. We will definitely be staying here again.

This home was just what we needed — room for everything/everyone. We all had our own bedrooms with en suite baths. The great room was perfect for our big family/meals. The gym, game room, and basketball court were game changers! Who has a basketball court inside of a rental home?!? We’ll be back!!

Great property but lacking basic amenities
This property was amazing. The kitchen and lay out was fabulous. My check in and email communications before checkin was great. My only complaint is that while I was there is I felt like I was Glamping. The basic amenities were bare. Things like toilet paper were sparse and I had to ask the night before we left if they had any additional as I scoured all the bathrooms. When I asked the property manager for some the last night he told me that I needed to go to the grocery store and get some rolls. He later apologized to me. It was nice that he apologized but while I was there it felt I had to ration this. There were also things like trash bags that they don’t provide and , it’s a hassle to have to try to get these things. I went to the store to get trashbags and got the wrong size. So I would definitely rent here again as the property is amazing and I did have a good email communications before I got on the property. I would recommend for a future people these things: Serving platters. Dish towels Paper towels Trash bags. Reusable water bottles Cooler Tupperware. We were making a lot of food as we were using the wonderful kitchen. It would be nice to have a good supply of Tupperware to put the leftover food in. The property had a few but not very many. I understand if they possibly get taken but it would be nice to have that. We had a great stay and would rent there again. Thanks

Family Reunion
The stay was wonderful. All appliances and A/C worked well. We were surprised that a portion of the house was being remodeled. A third of the garage was not available due to the remodel. We could only park six cars, Not adequate for the number of people that was booked. We had to find public parking for the extra cars. Carpets need cleaning, the kitchen area had a oily film from not being cleaned properly. The host indicated that remotes for the TVs were missing. The back patio light fixtures were removed, I assume that was to keep people out of the back after dark. Trying to accomodate the neighbors. The ice maker is frozen up and does not dispense ice. Lots of room. The home can accomodate large groups and it can get noisy but because of the design, the noise does not carry through the house. Overall a great experience.
