"Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility."

"Great home for a large group of 50. Fully furnished kitchen, we had all the supplies we needed. Set up of the home is great for quiet areas and well as gathering areas. "

"I like that it had the right amount of beds and a working microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there was no WiFi and the check in process was very confusing and the man who checked us in acted very weird and was not helpful."

"Very prompt response with any of our needs. Beds comfortable, incredible views, ample space, and a lovely family weekend. Few improvements needed with housekeeping, but otherwise very nice stay. Full moon over the lake every night! Serene and lovely!"

"Great host, great communication, right next to the pool and you could view the lake from the back patio which had shade on both sides."

"Really great place to stay right on the water. Not for families that have anyone who has trouble with stairs. This place is all stairs, 3 floors. We had a group of adults and young adults and had a great time paddle boarding and spending time on the water. This unit is right in the center of 2 other units, so if anyone is on the deck in the other 2 units, you are in each others space, meaning you can hear their conversation and look right at each other, even though it is divided by railings....

"I was absolutely dumbfounded by this property. The ease of booking, ease of checking in, TOP tier amenities and stunning home. I grew up with a family cabin on bear lake and this was a nostalgic trip for my wedding anniversary with my wife and 2 y/o daughter. "Our stay at Jess and Ryan’s place was wonderful. They gave very detailed descriptions on where to park, the condo was clean, and it had everything we needed and more. They were so gracious to refund us our pet fee after we ended up having to put our dog down before our trip to Bear Lake. Once we checked in, we found a couple of small odd things on the property but Ryan was so responsive. This rental’s location to the pool cannot be beat. "We really enjoyed our stay! We had a beautiful view of the lake and had such a relaxing time, The listing was a little misleading as we thought the king bed was in the room above the outside garage. We planned to have the kids sleep in the room with the 2 bunks beds but upon learning that was the room above the outdoor garage, we were no longer able to put all the kids alone in that room. The outdoor room had lots of big spiders and cobwebs. Other than that we truly enjoyed our time! "
