Studio With a Nice View of Paris - Luxury Building in the Heart of the Marais

Beautiful and spacious, my studio, completely renovated in September 2012, is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (Le Marais / Beaubourg), close to all amenities: public transport, cafes, restaurants…

This charming non-smoking 35m² studio welcomes you on the 6th and last floor (lift to the 5th floor). You will appreciate its clarity and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris.

My studio includes a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge, traditional oven, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room with foldaway double bed and extra bed.

You can take your meals comfortably in the kitchen or the lounge area, at the table or at the bar. The studio is equipped with ADSL internet connection.

Excelente ubicación y limpieza. Espacio con todas las comodidades como esta indicado en la descripción y fotos. Lástima la "casi" nula comunicación con el propietario antes de llegar al apartamento, estuvimos hasta el momento de llegar a la propiedadad sin saber si nos quedariamos alli por que no conseguiamos contactar al propietario. De resto todo fenomenal.

Beautiful building in a great location!
We stayed here for 1 week with our 14-year-old son. The space was perfect for the three of us. We loved having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The elevator worked great! Paul was a very responsive host. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The location was perfect! Super close to groceries, many amazing restaurants, and the metro. The apartment building itself is super quiet. We found the beds very comfortable. However, there is a ton of street noise all night long. With the windows closed it is quiet, however, we often needed the windows open to keep it cooler and to get air into the apartment. Paris had a few high 80F to 90F days when we were there at the end of June 2024. We used earplugs and a sound machine which helped some. If it's not too hot, this apartment is perfect! Overall we would stay here again for the apartment's comfort and amenities, the location, and the very responsive host.

Excellent Property with an Excellent Host
This was an excellent apartment. It was vey clean and in a great location. A lot of places to eat. Very close to the Metro Station. You could look out the kitchen window and see the top of the Eiffel Tower or look to the right and see Sacre-Coeur. The beds were great & the shower was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!! Love the apartment and the host was amazing!

Reasonable price for good location
About 2 blocks from Les Halles RER station, the apartment location made it easy to get to & from CDG airport and other places, and many Paris attractions are within easy walking distance. It was clean, the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing, & everything worked. Nice to have a washer. There was plenty of room to put our things. The elevator (very small) worked fine and the last flight of stairs to the apartment weren't bad. Although check-in time is given as 4:00 p.m., the apartment was not ready when we arrived at 6:00 p.m., but we were able to leave our luggage & get instructions about the apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Paul, for offering an apartment at a great location for a reasonable price.

Great Studio
Studio is in a great location. 5 min walk from train station. Spacious enough for 3 people. Very clean and bright. In the heart of the Marais walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions. L’ouvre .. etc. The location is on a busy street so you need to know there is noise from the traffic but all bearable. Would definitely recommend. Our host Paul was very accommodating!

Perfect location in the center of Paris!
My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The location was perfect to explore in a different direction each day. Although it is on a busy street, we didn't notice much noise. The apartment had everything we needed and was a good size for the two of us. We enjoyed the rooftop view and seeing Sacre Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower (twinkling on the hour in the evening) from the kitchen window. It was a lovely haven after a day of walking. Checking in and out were easy and communication was prompt. We recommend staying here.

Great studio apartment!
My friend and I just returned to the States after almost three weeks in Paris and very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is spacious for a studio and can sleep three, with two beds. There is a nice fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave and large fridge. The shower is also large. The apartment is on the sixth floor but there is an elevator to the fifth floor, so only one flight of stairs. The location is great…central Paris…very close to metro and bus. And just a 15 minute walk to various sites such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Paul is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions…many thanks to him!

Our week in Paris In beautiful central location
Thank you so much Paul of your wonderful studio! We felt like we were locals living there daily, the neighborhood the building your studio and all the amenities it was very very comfortable and very clean and had all that we needed. If I could suggest just 2 things - perhaps if it had a even small television on the wall and extra bed pillows . Other than that everything else was excellent! Can’t wait to come back and stay at one of your properties again. It’s all about location
If you’re looking at this studio, you can probably tell by the relatively low price that this isn’t a tier 1 property, but it makes up for it with its location and amenities. It’s got some minor blemishes (e.g. scuffed/chipped paint on the baseboards, cracked/missing grout in the shower), and we didn’t care for the plastic mattress protector. It’s on a busy street, but with the windows closed, you can barely hear the street noise. The nearby shops and restaurants, combined with access to metro and rail, and walking distance to most sights make this location ideal. Other vacation rentals we’ve stayed at skimp on amenities; not so with Paul’s studio. Lots of little things that make the stay easier, like EU adapters with USB ports, plenty of laundry pods, and sugar cubes for your morning coffee. Overall, we were happy to have found this little studio for our Paris stay.

Amazing little flat in the great location
It’s a very cozy small flat that has everything you need. The apartment is very beautifully decorated and looks very stylish. It has one big bed and one small bed, two tables, chairs, big mirrors, fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. The location is amazing - close to all major sites, metro, bus stations, supermarkets and cafes. It was a bit noisy for me cause the windows overlook a busy boulevard but if you close the windows everything is fine. The communication with the host was also great. We were allowed to check-in earlier than it was scheduled. Overall we are very happy with our stay in this apartment - 10 out of 10.

Nice, quaint studio apartment located in a great neighborhood with losts of things available. Apartment had what was needed such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap. Did not have laundry soap, which would have been useful since there was a washing machine. Overall, it was a an excellent place to stay.

Great Place to stay
The place was small but cozy. The host was wonderful with communication, assistance, and personal check in. The flat was well equipped, neat and clean. The location was perfect near the Seine, the Marais and les Halles with a metro stop nearby and convenient. The only negative comment would be the night time traffic/noise until well after midnight, but a younger person would probably be out enjoying the night scenes until it got quiet. Overall great value for the money and worked wonderfully for my husband and me.
