In the heart of Paris a lovely 3 room apartment. Light filled on the 3rd floor with elevator and security entrance.
Suitable for couples ,families with 2/3 chidren , or friends for having an enjoyable stay in the famous Opera/Montmartre district.
Comfortable living/dining room with sofa and seats for relaxing with heating and air condition.
The bedrooms have each one two king-size extra comfortable beds which can be single beds ,with side lamps,fans and heating .(baby cot and high chair available )
The bathroom has a full bath with a shower and washing basin and there is a separated toilet with basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 ring ceramic stove ,oven ,fridge with freezer .Also toaster, coffee machine, boiler and all you need for basic cooking.
Washing/dryer machine.
In the middle of the most visited sites of Paris ,next to bus and 4 Metro stations.
In front of the building is the entrance of the beautiful Arcades.
There are many cafes, restaurants bakeries and interesting boutiques at a few minutes walking distance.
Near to the Opera, the Louvre, the Wax Museum Grevin, ,biggest sales stores of Paris Galeries Lafayette , Public auction rooms Drouot and Montmartre.
Also near art-galleries, restaurants,live- theatres. Not far from the Express-Railway-Station to Disney-Land.
Market and bakeries and very good restaurants ,supermarkets and groceries are just around the corner.

Lively neighborhood
My adult daughter and I stayed at this apartment for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed the location and environs. The neighborhood was lively and vibrant with stores, shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc to meet anyone’s needs. Two metro stops were just a few blocks away. The owners were frequently in touch and always readily available.

Charming Parisian Apartment
Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this charming apartment! We were within a five minute walk to several metro stops, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Right across the street is the entrance to the covered passages, which was a nice option on the rainy days to get to a metro. We would definitely stay here again!

fabulous location
We stayed in the property for 3 weeks. We know Paris and the location can't be beat...3 metro stops super close, restaurants, artisan bakery next door, supermarket very close. The apartment itself is in very good shape, but could use some TLC in places. It definitely has been well used but also cared for. It has everyhing you could want(except a dishwasher). Kitcgen is small but works. Owners are very friendly and helpful and there is a person in the building to assist when needed. This apt. is on the 3rd floor but there is a small elevator. The 3 flights of stairs are challenging but we used them all the time. The street is busy and can be noisey at times but that's city living. We would go back.

Wonderful lively spot to visit Paris from
The apartment had everything we could need and the hosts were kind and showed us around. We were able to walk to the Seine by the Louvre in about 30 mins (going slowly and taking photos) and also easily catch metro trains to the Eiffel tower or the Sacre Coeur. Plenty of places to buy food to eat or out nearby.

Very Convenient Location
Sweet little 2 bedroom place. The bus stop is right outside the door. It has a washer/dryer combo that we weren’t familiar with using, but it was a handy feature to have, we just ended up hanging things to fry with a fan blowing on them overnight. The toilet has it’s own room and little sink which was great! We’ll be back.

Great location for city lovers
So much to do in this neighborhood, and close to several Metro stops, making the rest of the city very accessible. Super clean apartment, if not a little dated in furnishings and amenities. Coffee makers were broken and could use replacing. Small living dining area, but perfectly acceptable for four adults to lounge. Bedrooms large, bedding clean. We didn’t have to use the AC but there are 2 window units in living room and main bedroom. Street is loud as some reviewers note, but earplugs worked great at night, and we liked being in proximity to so many restaurant options, shops and bars. Garbage/cooking smell came in the back bedroom window so we had to keep windows closed in there. WiFi spotty at times.

Great apartment for exploring Paris
We had an amazing 5 days in Paris and enjoyed our stay at Quartier du Faubourg-Montmartre. The apartment was easy to reach via a number of Metro stations and was in a great area. The apartment was nice and clean and large enough for our family of five. Livio and Joelle were great hosts too and were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them. The only very minor issue was the heat, as the air conditioning wasn’t overly effective. That said, we didn’t expect to be sweating through 35 degrees in September! Thanks again Livio and Joelle for a great stay.

Great Apartment
We had a great stay at the apartment. Great location, very convenient for seeing the various areas and several metro stops within walking distance. Great food choices in the area and many open late. Beds were very comfy, fans and windows made it nice and cool. There was a portable a/c available. Shower and WC were separate, so nice when one was occupied we were not stuck waiting for the other. Washer/dryer worked great, plenty of towels. We used the kitchen once and everything worked well, plenty of cooking utensils and plates, pans. The only thing that I could think to add to the apartment is a few ice trays. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The host was wonderful and the property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect apartment with perfect hosts!
We really enjoyed the apartment. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to the metro. There were so many restaurants and shops near by. And the property manager and her daughter were very accommodating. The owners checked in periodically to make sure we were ok and that we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely back. We will book this apartment every time we are in Paris in the future.

Delightful
We enjoyed our seven night stay. The apartment was wonderfully located and walking distance from many attractions, and so great shopping. It was perfect for my friend and me. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front bedroom could get somewhat noisy in the evening, but nothing a pair of earplugs could not take care of. Definitely recommend this apartment.

A great find in Paris
The location was great. The apartment was a comfortable place to rest after exploring Paris. The unit was pretty well stocked and maintained. The only negative would be the Elevator was not working while we were there. We have used VRBO several times over the years. We appreciate you sharing your accommodations for our stay.

Great place and location
This is a great centrally located apartment for a couple or small family's trip to Paris. The owners are kind and responsive and the building manager lives there and was able to help us with anything we needed. We had a great time.

Delightful Parisian Stay
Charming building, winding three flights of stairs (or lift) to enter your Parisian apartment with high ceilings, big windows, balconies and two separate bedrooms. Beds and bedding are quite comfortable. The toilet and sink are separate from the shower and sink, which is very handy. The kitchen is supplied adequately. Highly recommend the neighborhood. So many places to discover, from the bakeries, chocolatiers, fromageries, butchers and restaurants. Can be noisy in the evenings, but never prevented us from sleeping. Hosts were very helpful throughout our stay. Would love to stay here again.

Great Location
We had a lovely two-week stay in this apartment. The location is fantastic--surrounded by many restaurants and shops and very close to several metro stops. We were also within an easy 1-mile walk of many of the things we wanted to do. The building has a small elevator which is very handy for older travelers. The wifi was also strong--I was able to Zoom into meetings no problem as I worked from Paris. I will absolutely stay here the next time I am in Paris!

Very nice stay in the middle of the theater district
This apartment was our family’s base for our vacation +1week. And we weren’t disappointed. The owners and the landlady did a very fine job helping us settle in. The appartment had room enough for two parents, two teenagers and a child - albight the third bed is a travelers bed. The kitchen is big enough for real cooking, but we never got to that part as the neighborhood is filled with restaurants and food vendors. There’s a bathtub with shower - and even though we were 5 persons (incl. 2 teenage girls) we never ran out of hot water. The beds are very fine and we slept well - you should expect a bit of street noise at night- after all - if you want to live near the pulse of the city, this a part of the experience. We would gladly return to this apartment next time we are going to Paris.

30 Rue du Faubourg, Montmartre
This was a nice 2 bedroom property in the 9th Arrondissement. It was bright and had a comfortably arranged living room with 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms had 2 comfortable king sized beds ( 2 twin beds together) and there was a twin rollout bed in a corner. There was a duvet but no top sheet. This apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of local restaurants and stores available. It is about a 30 minute walk to the major tourist sites but there are 4 Metro stations close by. The closest was Le Peletier on line 7. The biggest negative of this apartment is the noise in the front bedroom. It is located on a fairly busy street and there is traffic all night long. There is a bus stop in front of the property so you hear the bus and other traffic late at night and in the early morning. There are double pane windows but it only helps a little. In the summer you would not be able to sleep with the windows open. The back bedroom was very quiet. I would not recommend the front bedroom to someone who is noise sensitive. The owners were very well organized. They responded quickly with the access information once I had booked the apartment and followed up with transportation information. They confirmed my arrival time 1 week before the visit and sent departure instructions the day before. I sent an email question during the stay that they answered within 10 minutes. This is a good value because of the space available and close proximity to public transportation. It is very well managed.
