"Great place in a great location, and more importantly, excellent comms with property managers. You can basically WhatsApp them any time and they respond immediately -- and a human, not AI. Was very impressed by that. Fitness room was small but well appointed with dumbbells, adjustable bench, and a cable machine in addition to (I think) a treadmill and a bike."

"This property was in the perfect location for Tel Aviv city centre, walking distance to the main spots. Located next to a well lit and beautiful park also. The room itself was cosy, and clean with a balcony and excellent security. It was perfect for me and I’ll be sure to return! "

"Gran bella struttura in punto centrale di Tel Aviv, nostro alloggio moderno carino con tutti i comfort necessari. Wi-fi ok. Disponibilità ufficio ottima. Sicuramente un soggiorno positivo. Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Sarebbe cosa carina inoltre avere a disposizione della struttura...

"Th location is great, there are two buildings that are being built and there is some noise during the day and also some dust on the balcony. The apartment is great, comfortable, modern and located in a walkable location to the beach"

"Superb location right on the beachfront of Tel Aviv. It was wonderful to go for a daily swim right across the street. The apartment itself is very large, 3 bedrooms with living room, fridge, washer. This apartment is inside a run down building that definitely needs updating. The entry stairs are old, the decor is worn. Trash and neglect all around the property. I believe this building will eventually be sold and demolished for a high rise or hotel. But despite this run down state, I rate...

"Apartamento excelente. Localização muito boa. Na rua atras da quadra da praia, poucos minutos andando. Em frente a um mercado, próximos a restaurantes e casas de cambio. Atendimento e limpeza impecáveis. Caso queira retornar de ônibus executivo para o aeroporto, o ponto é quase em frente ao hotel."

"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). We stayed over a Shabbat and holiday and it seems the religious...

"Had the last minute booking with booking issue on the number of guests, thankfully the property management team assisted us on letting us to stay and resolving it. A pleasant stay and especially the highlight of the duo purposes of the air-condition/heater in the room"

"The location is very good. However, the layout of the apartment is not well thought out, and the spaces are not efficiently utilized. The building's stairways were filled with towel carts and other materials, making it difficult to use them, which we really didn't like. Overall, if you're looking for a well-located place to sleep without too many expectations, it's ideal."
