"My friend and I had an amazing trip while staying at the little pirate house. Its location was close enough to get to everything but off the path enough for privacy and quiet at night. We loved Monterosso and all of Cinque Terre and especially enjoyed learning how the history of the dates related to the property. "This property housed our group well. Lots of space and beds. We loved the location despite the stairs! The locked gate gave us added security as we were a group of women. We did use the washing machine and felt very Italian by hanging our laundry out to dry. It was right off the Cinque Terre Trail and close To the train station. One member of our group was very sad that the coffee maker didn’t work. Great stay at a great price "

"We were blown away by our stay at Lorella’s beautiful guest cottage in Manarola overlooking the Ligurian sea, Manarola village and mountain vineyards! Lorella was the consummate host to welcome us to her home and village and to explain trails and restaurants nearby. It was a perfect space for a couple. "Nice apartment - at the top of Manarola so be prepared to walk up hill. The photos of the apartment show a nice deck with chairs - which was the main reason we chose to rent here - unfortunately, there is no deck at all. Pretty view of the ocean and village if you lean out the windows, but no outdoor space at all. That was pretty disappointing. Everything worked in the place and it was clean."

"Clean, great view and neighborhood, easy access to restaurants and stores, nicely organized rooms for 2 couples! We had bad weather but it didn’t stop us from enjoying all that is Cinque Terre! Excellent location to public transportation. But one warning…lots of cobblestone steps to enter/exit the apartment. We counted 82! Several times a day and your legs are burning!! Whew!!"

Our main reason for selecting this property was because it listed a hot tub as one of the amenities but it failed to have one. The walking distances listed are also misleading.
