"No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels."

"I found communication with the hosts and others in my group to be challenging, as I’m a foreigner without cellular data, but there is no wifi here.I feel that the meeting place and time to obtain keys could have been more precise.Otherwise, this is a comfortable studio with a pleasant balcony and a stunning view of the harbor.The location is incomparable. Just beautiful, quiet, laid back, pleasant short hikes and small beaches nearby with incredibly vibrant turquoise water.Several restaurants...

"Bad experience! The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It's simple and comfortable, but definitely not 5-star. Terrible room service just after midnight. Staff suggested I order fast food delivery (in a hotel that claims to be 5-star). At lunch, the staff suggested we eat outside the restaurant because it would take a while! Unbelievable! Don't stay here! I don't recommend it and I will never return. The building is beautiful on the outside, but that's about it. Inside, it's been renovated with poor decor! Experiência ruim! Hotel definitivamente não é 5 estrelas. É simples, confortável, mas não tem padrão 5 estrelas definitivamente. Serviço de quarto terrível logo após a meia noite. Funcionários sugeriram que eu pedisse fast food para entrega (em um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas). No almoço funcionária simigeriu que comecemos um lanche fora do restaurante, pois o restaurante iria demorar! Inacreditável! Não fiquem! Não recomendo e nunca voltarei. O prédio é bonito por fora e apenas isto. Por dentro foi renovado com uma decoração pobre! "

"Achei o hotel meio sujo, carpetes mal limpos, o quarto tinha o vaso sanitário num local do quarto separado e fechado sem ventilação, o que gera mal cheiro, quando cheguei, achei que tinha cheiro de urina. Chuveiro com pouca agua . Roupa de cama boa e colchão bom. Café da manha muito bom. Café e agua a vontade na recepção."
