"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"I have nothing positive to say. The place was dirty, the bed was bad. It was close to the road and thus very loud. The landlord had lost the control to the air conditioner. We felt uncomfortable because the lock to the apartment did not work, the neighbors smoked inside and someone randomly entered our room while we were inside. The straw to break the camels back was that the kitchen was non-functional meaning that the oven plate fell out and there were no racks. Prices were not that much...

"Tout est parfait équipement, emplacement super et esthétique recherchée. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne le matelas à ressorts qui mériterait d’être changé, car relativement inconfortable. L’annonce devrait indiquer que la voie ferrée est juste à côté ce qui occasionne du bruit dès 6 h 15 du matin. Ce n’est pas vraiment gênant mais il est dommage que l’information ne soit pas donnée. All the shops, restaurants and attractions are only a few minutes walk. Airport transfer from BGY is easy just take the #1 bus, get off at the funicular and ride to the top. Cost 2.60 EUR. "A beautifully renovated and updated apartment in a renaissance palazzo. A short walk from the bus stop from the airport and the funicular to the Citta Alta. Comfortable and well equipped. Because the road is narrow with high buildings either side any passing traffic sounds noisy but the windows shut out most of the noise. We had excellent communication from Eliana"
