"The property was spacious, clean and in good condition. It was in a very peaceful countryside setting with views of the sea from upstairs. The peace and quiet was very welcome as Cornwall is often very busy and it was nice to come back to in the evenings. Also having a swimming pool on site was a big bonus and the reason we booked. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! "The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...
