Seafront luxury villa with private swimming pool in Pomos, Cyprus.

Villa Paradiso is a luxury 3-storey villa, situated in Pomos, on the edge of a quiet hill overlooking the Mediterranean coast. The house faces west and enjoys panoramic views and fantastic sunsets. The villa features modern and elegant decor with neutral colour palettes that reveal its Mediterranean aesthetics.

Villa Paradiso features an infinity pool, 3 bedrooms and one attic all with amazing views any time of the day. The villa comes with full air-conditioning & heating, a satellite TV service, and unlimited WiFi access. Heated pool is also optional for cooler months (unavailable in Dec, Jan, and Feb due to low temperatures).

On the ground floor you can find a spacious sitting room and a dining room with a beautiful centre-piece fireplace. Both areas overlook the infinity swimming pool merging with the blue sea. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The ground floor bedroom comes with a double bed. Opposite is a W/C, shower and a washbasin.

The 1st floor features a master bedroom with a large double bed an ensuite bathroom/shower while itā€™s overlooking the sea. On the same floor, you can find another bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have access to large veranda with a pair of sunbeds.

The attic enjoys a tranquil room with a sofa bed and breath-taking views. To top it all the terrace area is great for barbecue, enjoying a wine during sunset and star filled evenings with good company. It also contains four comfy luxurious sunbeds adjacent to the swimming pool.

It features a spacious car parking space accessible from the house. It is the ideal place for family reunions, a weekend getaway and a perfect spot for venturing daily trips to surrounding places of interest. Villa Paradiso can offer you a unique relaxation experience with unforgettable sea-side memories.

An excellent unspoiled part of Cyprus. Great value for money. Immaculately clean. Relaxed location. Friendly and fun CafƩ bar across the road. Make sure you bring plenty of mosquito repellent. The Gardner needs to work a little bit harder and it would be absolutely perfect if there was better access to the beach.

Amazing views

Property has amazing views, location is a bit out the way and definitely recommend hiring a car nearest bar/restaurant was 15 mins drive shop was also the same, this would of been impossible to walk with 2 young children and 2 senior family members with the bendy roads and lack of foot path, ( there is a bar over the road but think it was shut for the winter).Gutted we couldnā€™t use the pool as it was to cold (we didnā€™t see in description it didnā€™t get heated from dec- feb)Property itself was clean but in need of a bit of tlc (flaking paint along the bottom of the walls in 2 of the bedrooms) a mouldy/damp smell in downstairs bedroom.Private beach was impossible to get to without being attacked by over grown shrubs/bushes. But over all it was a nice place we would go back again.

Beautiful Villa

Had a very relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa - loved the pool and the amazing views over the sea. The villa has everything you need and a very generous welcome pack was much appreciated. Comfortable bed and quality bed linens and towels. Villa is in a quiet location and has privacy which made our holiday the restful time we needed. Pool area has very comfortable sun loungers and towels to fit! Loved having breakfast on the terrace by the pool listening to the sound of the sea. Great to sit here to watch the most amazing sunsets every evening. Great communication from the owner - always quick to respond and really appreciated a late check out as no guests were due to arrive until the next day. Thank you so much - we will return!!

There really is nothing else you would want, sea breeze great sunsets. Interior and exterior exceptioal, private. Full kitchen equipment plus , a truely wonderful stay. Great communication with host. Stayed in lots of villas but this is beautiful

Zugewachsener Eingangsbereich eines ungepflegten GrundstĆ¼cks. Vogelkot auf dem Terrassenbereich, PlastikmĆ¼ll im Garten. WƤschestƤnder defekt, AuƟentĆ¼ren undicht, sodass das Ungeziefer freien Zugang zur Immobilie hat. Im Inneren muffiger Geruch in sƤmtlichen Schubladen und SchrƤnken. Wein, Brot, Milch und Eier waren freundlicherweise vorhanden. Vorherige Grundreinigung und Entfernung der Spinnweben in den SchrƤnken wƤre nett gewesen. Abbrƶckelnder Putz an den WƤnden, verdreckte Badvorleger und Schuhabruck auf frisch bezogenem Bett. Ein Bad ohne Warmwasser. Totaler Stromausfall nach Benutzung des Toasters. Sicherungskasten war nicht auffindbar. Jedoch schnelle Reaktion seitens der Vermieterin. Freundlicher Techniker. Unakzeptabel fĆ¼r diesen Preis!

Sehr stilvolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Location mit angenehmer Betreuung. Eine sehr ruhig gelegene WohlfĆ¼hloase mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauberer und auf Wunsch (Nebensaison) beheizter Pool gegen Aufpreis. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

A consommer sans moderation !

La villa est tout simplement splendide avec tout le confort que l'on peut espƩrer, et une piscine dƩbordante avec vue sur mer qui se finalise par de magnifiques couchƩs de soleil. En apparence un peu isolƩe, dans la rƩalitƩ la villa est Ơ proximitƩ de tout, pour ceux qui ont un vehicule pour se dƩplacer, avec notamment de superbes restaurants les pieds dans l'eau (Santa Barbara tiptop pour n'en citer qu'un). Chypre est une merveille de nature, de culture, de gentillesse et de sƩrƩnitƩ. A consommer sans modƩration donc !

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien in der Villa Paradiso in Pomos. Die Lage ist einmalig, das Haus ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Super Lage!

Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Woche in diesem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Maria und Irene hat bestens geklappt. Allerdings ist es Ende Oktober schon so kĆ¼hl, dass wir die Poolheizung brauchten. Diese wurde zwar eingeschaltet, allerdings waren wir doch sehr Ć¼berrascht, dass dafĆ¼r nochmal eine stattliche ZusatzgebĆ¼hr erhoben wird. Ich hƤtte ich mir gewĆ¼nscht, dass das vorher klar ist. AuƟerdem war die Poolheizung nach 2 Tagen wieder aus, Irene kam extra und sagte nach Telefonat mit dem zustƤndigen Handwerker, das sei normal, die Heizung wĆ¼rde von alleine wieder anspringen. Tat sie natĆ¼rlich nicht, sodass die Poolheizung eigentlich jeden Tag Thema war. Das ist natĆ¼rlich alles kein Drama, aber die Unterkunft ist nicht gerade gĆ¼nstig, die zusƤtzlichen Heizkosten kamen nochmal ober drauf, und da hƤtten wir und schon gewĆ¼nscht, dass das dann alles reibungslos lƤuft (oder nicht nochmal 200ā‚¬ extra kostet!). Nichtsdestotrotz: ein wunderschƶn gelegenes Haus mit allem, was man braucht! Leider gibt es bei der Taverne gegenĆ¼ber keine Speisen mehr, sondern nur noch GetrƤnke, sodass man doch fahren muss, wenn man nicht selber kochen will... :-)

A truly wonderful place to stay

As others have said the villa is even better than the photographs show. Inside was spotlessly clean and today. Very comfortable beds and all linen and towels in good condition. The kitchen has everything we needed and the living space is very comfortable though we didnā€™t spend anytime in there of course as the outdoor space is fabulous. A lovely pool and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the view. And what a view. Each evening a spectacular sunset as the sun dips beyond the horizon into the sea. Then lovely to enjoy the night sky and watch for shooting stars. And plenty of shade in the mornings to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. And Maria was always so helpful and quick to respond. Probably the best villa we have stayed in. And a great place to enjoy the quiet north western coast and within striking distance of some of the many amazing places to see on Cyprus. Thankyou for this delightful villa.

Itā€™s a disgrace, and not fit for purpose. Dirty, worn out, lacking basic items ie only two wine glasses, rough and worn towels, place full of ants, and next to a very loud bar playing music till early hours in the morning, so bad we left early only stayed two nights, awaiting a refund, donā€™t book donā€™t stay

Villa Paradiso

We loved every minute of our stay here! The Villa is exactly how it seems, incredible views, gorgeous pool & a very comfortable, clean house. The landscape around is beautiful - we were there at Easter & the flora & fauna in the surrounding hills were stunning. Sweet little supermarket in Pomos. Eat at Elenis, a kind of shack like restaurant just past Pomos on the right or drive up into the hills to Mylos restaurant. Lovely walks around Mylos too. Aphroditeā€™s walk in the Akamas National Park is wonderful, incredible views. Thoroughly recommend the whole thing.

Amazing Stay!

The views and space of the house are incredible - the reward for having to drive to get to places is a beautiful, quiet oasis with unending views of the ocean. Lots of space inside the house (which can be a bit tricky to find - is directly across the street from a bar/restaurant called Paradise Place) in a gorgeous, non-touristy part of Cyprus - you won't regret staying here!
