Our guests have access to the shared condo pool and covered dining/bar/grill area next to the pool. Guests also have access to the private Prieta Beach Club which features multiple pools, 2 restaurants, fitness center, and beach. You have access to the Arnold Palmer golf club and adjacent tennis center.

With floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to capture the essence of an indoor/outdoor tropical existence, this home rises from the heart of the south peninsula, and presents expansive views over the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, Marina Papagayo and the blue waters of Bahía de Culebra.

Your vacation home is 35 minutes door-to-door from the Liberia (LIR) airport. Our concierge can help organize transport from the airport as well as onsite transportation at the resort (rental vehicle or golf cart).

Note: . Guests have access to the amazing and private Prieta Beach Club, and Guests are responsible for paying the access fee on days that you go to the Prieta Beach Club. This is payable directly to the Prieta Beach Club. Fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Club. Current fee schedule from the Club is a cost per person +VAT, per day that they go to the club: $75 +VAT during the year except at Festive when it increases to $150 +VAT.
