The Tenuta di Caiolo farm consisting of 150 hectares is divided into 2 parts: the one to the north
of the Borgo di Panicale where cereals and grapes are grown; and the one to the south where we find the olive groves, le
accommodation facilities in an area of ​​60 hectares, surrounded by nature.

Caiolo, toponym of Longobard origin, indicates the place where the horses were bred
of the army, it was an ancient possession of the Orsini. Luigi Orsini, in the 1950s, left it in
