"One of the first multi-story hotels in Iloilo City almost a decade ago. It is beginning to show its age now, and is consequently in need of renovation/redecoration and repair. "In my opinion, another misleading listing for a room. Seems to be a constant theme in the philippines. Room was listed as a shared kitchen with no kitchen available. Only a refrigerator and a big sign posted. No, cooking you can't cook. It's not a kitchen.. Bed was listed as a double sorry. It's a twin size plus slightly bigger than a normal twin.
