Welcome to our stunning apartment in the heart of Costa del Este, Panama! We’re excited to offer a luxurious and comfortable stay with an array of amenities and breathtaking views for you to enjoy.

Accommodations:
Our spacious apartment features a large living room, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a third bathroom conveniently located in the living area. While the bedrooms are air-conditioned for restful nights, the living room benefits from natural ventilation thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and the refreshing Pacific breeze.

• Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two double beds, ideal for families or groups.
• Living Room: Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Panama Canal, and America’s Bridge. The living room is a perfect place to unwind, whether with your morning coffee or during the evening sunset.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences needed to prepare meals. There’s also a separate back entrance for ease of access.
• Dining Room: The dining area overlooks peaceful green spaces, creating a tranquil setting for meals.

Convenience & Accessibility:
The apartment is located in the highly sought-after Costa del Este neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from public transport via METROBUSES, which provide easy access to the city center. For shopping and dining, the nearby Town Centre offers a variety of trendy stores, restaurants, and cafes.

House Rules:
To ensure a comfortable experience, guests are kindly requested to observe the following:

1. No Smoking, Parties, Vaping, or Pets: The apartment is a smoke-free, pet-free space, and hosting parties or vaping is not allowed. Any violation will result in a $500 USD charge.
2. Remote Control Settings: Please do not adjust any remote control settings for air conditioning units or televisions.
3. Onsite Laundry: Laundry facilities are available for guests staying more than 7 days.
4. Furniture Rearrangement: Moving furniture is not permitted. A fee of $200 USD will be charged for any rearrangements.
5. Trash Disposal: Ensure all trash is properly disposed of before departure. A $50 USD fee will apply for any trash left behind.
6. Parties: Unauthorized parties will incur a $500 USD fee.
7. Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $500 USD fine.
8. Extra Guests: The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. A charge of $50 USD per night applies for each additional guest.
9. Air Conditioner Usage: Air conditioners should be turned off when leaving the apartment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 USD fee per unit left running.
10. Inventory: Upon arrival, an inventory of the apartment’s items will be provided. Guests are responsible for maintaining the inventory and reporting any discrepancies. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
11. Key Policy: Keys are handed over in person at check-in and must be returned in person at check-out. A fee will apply for any unauthorized handling or loss of keys.
12. Condo Rules: All guests must adhere to the condo’s rules and regulations. Any damages to communal areas will result in charges.

Check-In and Check-Out Information:

• Check-In: After 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged in advance, depending on availability.
• Check-Out: Before 12:00 PM and after 7:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
• Self Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in and check-out are only permitted if pre-arranged and agreed upon.

Wonderful host and impressive property
We had an excellent stay at this property. Spacious, beautiful views and attentive host. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very timely with meeting us. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! We had to extend a few times waiting on lost travel documents and were accommodated without issue. We would definitely stay here again, as well as other properties that are hosted by Tony. One caution, which Tony pointed out for us. the property has floor to ceiling opening windows in the living area. Enables a beautiful view however, with no nets (there is a railing) have to be careful with really young kids. Just in extreme caution.

Spectacular waterfront apartment in Costa del Este
This is a really terrific place to stay! Everything about it has been wonderful. Particularly noteworthy are the following: 1. The view. There are terrific views, with a variety of different outlooks throughout the apartment. Particularly spectacular are the views of the city skyline over the water. 2. The property manager, Carlos/Charlie. He went totally above and beyond the call of duty to make the place extra comfortable for us. To the point where he even bought 2 desks and a table so that everyone in the family would have a place for home learning/quarantined office work! When I mentioned that it was a little warm in the kitchen, he had a ceiling fan installed within days. Truly amazing! 3. The location. It's a perfect location for our needs. We're in the process of relocating to Panama, and we wanted a place in or near the neighbourhood where we'll be living permanently, so that we could start to settle in. This apartment that is right on the sea and a block from a major mall (Town Center) was ideal. 4. The apartment itself. The apartment is very light and airy, with very comfortable sofas and chairs and lovely stone floors. The master bathroom is fantastic, with a huge bath and a fantastic view of the city! The walk in closets in every bedroom are great. We feel very lucky to have found this apartment. We're a family of four and we've stayed here for four weeks, and would be happy to stay much longer!

Great location. Unit and building; not so much.
The people and culture of Panama are absolutely beautiful. We were so excited to visit. Unfortunately, the building experienced a fire several days before we arrived. This fire resulted in no gas service. The owners neglected to tell us about the fire until the evening we arrived -which left us no ability to find alternate accommodations. We tried to make the best of it. We were expecting a luxury vacation property but were sadly disappointed. We had no hot water the entire stay. The dryer and the oven were broken. We washed our clothes but had to hang them to dry. Leaving the windows open to dry our clothes resulted in a strong breeze - which unfortunately knocked over a vase with flowers; which was broken accidentally. We informed the owners immediately and they were gracious. They also brought an electric hot plate to allow us to cook and heat food. The owner kept emailing us to remind us to turn it off because it was a fire hazard. We were afraid to use it. The view was amazing and I’m sure the unit was fabulous years ago but it’s dated now and needs a bit of updating. The unit was also quite dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were dead insects surrounding the bathtub and in the kitchen. The silverware in the kitchen had mold. The workout room in the building also smelled of mold. The steam room was inhabited by large roaches. We have stayed many places via HomeAway and had wonderful experiences. This was, by far the worst. I would not recommend this location. Hopefully this feedback will encourage the owners to make the necessary upgrades and changes. Again, it’s a great location and an amazing city, but this unit left much to be desired.

Spacious Condo, great location
This rental is modern and has a beautiful open floorplan. It's in a great location and within walking distance to many restaurants, a large mall, and a couple of small grocery stores. It's also 15 - 20 minutes via Uber to many attractions. I would recommend this rental to families and to single people. The owner Charlie is very responsive and easy to communicate with at anytime. We really enjoyed our stay there in Panama City.

Perfect location
Great location, great view! It is ocean front, but there is no beach. Wide variety of restaurants within walking distance in nice neighborhood. Very spacious condo with all the necessary amenities. Good wi-fi throughout all rooms. Had some random issues with the water heater but other than that it was a very nice stay for our family of four.
