2nd Story Percect
The unit is located directly on the second floor next to the entrance from the garage parking structure, which is very easy to access your vehicle. we mostly use the stairs to get downstairs to get access to the beach because the elevators are always full and take so long to use. overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we are able to get the same unit if it’s available

Best stay ever
We loved this condo it was so convenient you didn’t have to waitin to get on elevators because the room was on get second floor which was so nice. Also the location of this condo is so convenient to peir park. We had a blast.

Nice Room and View
My husband and I stayed for a week. The room itself is exactly like it is pictured. Decorated nicely and was clean. Loved it had 2 full baths. It was very convenient, not having to utilize the elevator. The room Is very close to the elevator with minimum noise. The pools were very nice, along with all of the amenities of Tidewater complex. One if the coolest features, I thought was, your arm band opened all doors (not rooms) and the garage parking tower gate . Even though it is a non-smoking complex, guest were stilling smoking on their balcony. That was frustrating, when we were sitting on our balcony having to smell it. That would be my only complaint with Tidewater (In fairness, one of the employees at Tidewater did tell us there wasn't anything they could do about it because it was considered "outside" of the complex). I would stay there again, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. If you are a walker, pier park is only .60 mile away. We walked everyday. Nice to have that option.

Family vacation
Our family had such a great time at PCB and this properry was just what we needed. We used the bunk beds and the pull out sofabed for the kiddos and never heard any complaints. It was very convenient having access to a washer and dryer in the 2nd bathroom so we didnt have to carry dirty clothes back home. Great location. Lots of construction work on the side walks but I assume thats for upgrades and it didnt pose any delays in anything. The manager was very friendly and responsive in a timely manner. We would def come back again. We didn't want to leave!

Condo was great but absolutely the worst and rudest employees I’ve ever encountered! I understand rules like age required to check in, my 21 year old daughter arrived a couple hours before me and wasn’t allowed to check in which I get, but the lady at the desk was so rude even when I talked to her on phone trying to explain my delay! I checked in around 8 pm, everyone was in bed asleep before midnight but at 1am security knocked on washing my son demanding that he wake me up. So he did and they just wanted to check that I was there, totally uncalled for I had worked 12 hours that day and just wanted to sleep! Obviously it was communicated that my “underage” daughter tried to check in but not communicated that I did

GREAT STAY!
We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking breakfast in the room and the beds were very comfortable. Even the pull out bed was comfortable according to our grandson. .Over all a great place to stay.

Anniversary vacation
This was our first time renting a vacation condo. Condo was exactly like the pictures showed. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Having a second bathroom was a bonus. Perfect for a family of 4. We did find out that we overpacked, since there is a washer and dryer in the unit for laundry. We would definitely book this unit again.

Amazing! We loved it!
We loved out stay in unit 212. Sometimes you can hear noise from people waiting for the elevator but we didn't have any trouble with it. It was great to not have to use the SLOW elevators to go to and from the parking deck and if you take beach bags instead of a wagon you can easily take the stairs down to the beach! The condo was nice and clean. The AC worked amazing and it was awesome being able to do laundry right there in the unit. The beds were firm but that's our preference of bed types anyways. Maybe take an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Our family had a great time staying at Tidewater Beach Resort. We felt safe and comfortable with staff and safety features. We loved staying on the 2nd floor out of convenience of not needing the elevator.

Nice winter getaway.
We usually stay in a unit on a higher floor in Tidewater, but that unit was not available for our trip this time. The unit was very pretty, but needs quite a bit of updating. The mirror in the master bath is losing it's front mirror coating. The TV in the living room was supposed to have access to regular cable, but we could never figure it out. Only the streaming channels through Samsung were available. Maybe putting instructions and a channel guide there would help? Also on our last night there, the fridge started making lots of noise. We didn't cook or use the kitchen other than keeping our drinks in the fridge. It may need serviced, or replaced. And lastly, just our opinion, but the master bed could be updated. The mattress wasn't very comfortable - seemed to be an older mattress. I guess we have been spoiled by the other unit we have always rented. However, the unit is nice and clean and definitely roomy for a quick getaway in the middle of a dreary winter.

Seen better seen worse.
My favorite thing about this unit is the location. Not dealing with the elevator was a good thing. The units cosmetics needs an overhaul. It just needs some love and attention. The furnishings need replaced and the unit needs a good scrubbing and a coat of paint. Molding replaced, recaulked, the concrete on the balcony power washed, the works. I was also disappointed in the facility itself compared to other places we’ve stayed.

The property manager was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor which was amazing! There was no need to wait for the elevators. The condo was extremely spacious and had all the essentials! We can’t wait to stay here again!
