You'll have the best vacation at our Condo, newly renovated and tastefully decorated just a short walk to the beach.

This unit features a King Bed in the bedroom, a set of bunks (twin size) in the hallway, and a queen pull out sofa. Our community is directly across the street from the beach. We're close to the front of the community which makes getting to the beach a breeze. It's just a short 3-4 minute walk from our front door!

Guest Access:

When you’re here, the whole condo is yours! You’ll also have access to all pools, hot tub and community amenities! Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.
Other things to note:
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each (for guests 6 years of age or older) and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well.

**GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
**NO SMOKING, VAPING OR LIGHTING CANDLES ALLOWED.

House Rules:

☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am
☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home
☼Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines

Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
