Amazing
The unit was outdated but the view was absolutely AMAZING and honestly that was all I wanted to see. Laketown Wharf is its own little community which was really nice and convenient. I also was able to get a later check out time which was great. Thank you for this experience for myself and my family.

Property needs work!
Needed a small condo for a 2 day family thing. This unit was clean, however it needs updating. The carpet needs replacing, walls painted and the one chair in the living area needs to be replace or professionally cleaned at least! There was ONE balcony chair that could have been used but was afraid to sit in it. The resort has very good amenities and you are close to everything. Would I stay here again the answer is NO.

It has its ups and downs
My family and I had a good time. We did have some ups and downs while there.. Some of the ups were the room was nice with an amazing!! view of the ocean. We were close to alot of the attractions and restaurants. Some of the downs were the staff, they are nice and friendly, but they are not good with helping. We first got there one of the staff members had us park in the wrong parking garage, were we unload every but the cooler and had to carry all of our stuff to the other side of the condo just to get to the room. I was told I could pay cash or card for my wrist bands and parking passes, but the woman at the front desk said I can only pay with card and she was really hard to understand her with her accent. Half of the elevators were out of order, we wasted a lot of time waiting on elevators and having to walk to one that was working. The only problem we had with the room was the refrigerator in the condo we stayed was not cleaned out very well. It looked like something had spilled in the bottom of the refrigerator. Some of the people who live in the condo gave us great tips, like when to avoid the elevators, and the fastest way to get to the parking garage. May they should put them on the pay roll. I would like to go back some day, if all the elevators are fixed, but husband said NO he not doing all the walking again with is bad knee.

We were there for a week for baseball with 2 teen boys
Room was clean and as we expected. I would’ve given 5 stars except I was lied to about the property. Before I booked I had emailed asking if a new king mattress had been put in since all the reviews claimed how bad the mattress was in master bedroom. I was told yes that the mattress had been replaced so I booked. As soon as we walked in I could tell it hadn’t been replaced. You could see the large crater on the right side of the bed that sunk in. It was even worse when I sat on it. Every spring was broke and the whole bed squeaked with every move. I had emailed complaining and didn’t hear back for a few days. Then was told a new mattress had been ordered just wasn’t in yet. Well that’s not what I was told when I asked before booking. Imagine going on vacation to rest and relax and you can’t sleep because the mattress is so bad.

Did enjoy staying here! Only bad thing was the mattress definitely needs replacing in bedroom! Had a big sunken hole on one side! But other than that it was perfect
