Great stay!
We had a great time staying! Property was wonderful, location was great! Everything was relatively clean, I’m just really picky about bathrooms and they could have been cleaner. There were hairs left all over the walk in shower and the top of the niche looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was sand and black dirt or mud left in the washer or dryer one which got on our clothes when I washed them. The fees on here for cleaning are not cheap, so you of course expect it to be clean when you get there. The king bed could have been a little more comfy then it was, but it wasn’t so terrible we couldn’t sleep. Overall, we had a great time, and we would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at this condo. It was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The sunsets were beautiful. It has easy access to shopping and restaurants. Great place.

The condo and location were great…easy to navigate the area…nice beach. Loved the new coffee shop Was EXTREMELY disappointed by the fact that personal tents and beach chairs are permitted in front of rented chairs. The obstructed view of kids and water makes this a “deal breaker”.

Very nice condo with a lot more to desire!
The condo was very clean and the layout was very nice. Location is great and the splash pad for the kids is amazing. The downside are the elevators that every single person at this resort complains about. As far as the room itself goes, it is very very dated. The TVs are from the early 2000s. The TV in the living room had blown out speakers and the property manager said she would look into getting the TV replaced and never got back to us. The Fridge is very very old as well. The filter has not been changed probably ever so do not even try to drink water from it. Overall the room was decent, but the description of this room might be as outdated as the TVs that still have a VCR options on it!

Do not go during Spring Break!
Definitely for little kids. Checkin was horrendous. Took over 30 minutes to find a cart to push over bridge to parking deck and then another 30 minute wait for an elevator 2 elevators per building for 21 floors Hot tub was always filled with 25 kids age 4+ Chairs on beach are claustrophobic and even more individual set up’s

Great vacation
Property was nice, room was clean and as described. Pool area is great for little kids. On the quiet end of town away from some of the hustle of pier Park so that was good for us. Only downfall is not enough elevators and can be a line during checkin and check out times and when people are coming off the beach.

Beautiful unit at Splash Resort!
Condo was super cute and had just about everything we needed! Even a blender for strawberry margaritas! Beds were comfy and the view was amazing! The couch is amazing for afternoon naps! Splash pad is tough for the tiny ones because it is freezing, but we enjoyed the other pools! My only complaint is the floors didn’t feel very clean on your feet and we needed a dust pan for the broom to help clean up after ourselves during our stay. Otherwise, we were satisfied and would stay again!

Overall good stay but lacks attention to detail.
Unit was “surface cleaned”. Toddlers found snacks under the bed and couch that hadn’t been swept up from a previous guest. Washer and dryer were problematic at times-cycles stop mid-way and need to be restarted/re-washed. Multiple light bulbs out in bedrooms/bathrooms, shower bath had mildew in the grout and old/used toiletries on the shelf (even after paying for early check-in which means unit has to pass “cleaning inspection”). Broom available but no dustpan, making it difficult to keep the unit clean during our stay from sand. Splash property itself is fun but a bit dingy. Smoking from other guests on their balconies was excessive-wish it were a non-smoking property altogether. Would probably not return to this property. PCB eliminated the beach service, so now it is just plastic beach chairs that cannot be reserved ahead of time, so that was a huge disappointment and change from prior visits, especially with multiple families in separate units hoping to be together each day.

The condo was super clean and nice. Would definitely stay again! Messaged the owner about the balcony door lock being on the floor whenever we arrived. Looks like it had rusted off which happens with time. It didn’t bother us due to us keeping an eye on our children constantly and them knowing to not go on the balcony without an adult. I do recommend getting the lock fixed in case someone else was to stay before or after and a child gets hurt. Overall, super nice condo and extremely clean. The elevators are slow which of course is not the owners faults. Just be prepared to wait if you’re staying anywhere in Splash. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful weekend with our grandkids before back to school
Reservation check in and out was a breeze. Our unit needed some repairs both upholstered chairs had broken legs and wobbled so seating was limited. The property only had 4 elevators for 2 towers. Long waiting lines 10-20 minutes and shortage of luggage carts on property. We all loved the pools and splash park.

This unit was so clean! We are the type of people that cleanliness either makes or breaks our vacation so we really enjoyed our stay here! I do think a dehumidifier would be such a great addition to this unit though just to help with the humidity that collects from the ocean. We have stayed at another unit that had one and you can really tell a difference after 8 days! Overall, 5/5 though and looking forward to booking this unit again.
