NOTICE OF ONGOING PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: Please note that C/Sharpe will return this fall to complete the deck coatings on the elevator landings. This work is scheduled for August 19 – 21, with August 26 – 28 reserved as backup dates in the event of weather delays. Elevator access will be unavailable during this time, as well as no access to trash chutes on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Please contact the local office with any questions or concerns.

To venture out a bit, take a scenic drive up the coast ten miles to Pier Park for a day of shopping and experiencing the hustle and bustle of Panama City. While in the area you can also explore Gulf World, an amusement park with aquariums and dolphin shows! Thew golfers of the group can also make their way to Camp Creek Golf Club for a round of 18 two miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
