★ REGISTRATION INFORMATION ★

✔ The Registration Desk is located on the 2nd floor of the complex and can be accessed via the Walkover bridge on the 2nd floor of the parking deck.

✔ The registration fee will be $48.00 plus applicable taxes if you register at least 24 hours in advance and covers guest parking passes and wristbands. The price includes two parking permits for the two-bedroom unit. If you choose to register less than 24 hours in advance, the fee is $58.00 plus applicable taxes.

✔ Wristbands will be provided at check-in. Guests 5 and up must wear wristbands at all times while on the property.

✔ Renters/Guests arriving after the association registration desk closes can receive temporary after-hours wristbands from security to use resort amenities. Temporary wrist bands are valid until noon the following day.

✔ During Spring Break (March and April), we only rent to 'Families' or 'All' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

✔ Must be 25 years of age to book and stay throughout the party's reservation. ID will need to be provided at the Registration Desk during check-in. Any violation of this item will result in immediate expulsion from the property.

✔ Beach Chair Service rentals are available through the Tidewater Resort company. This is a 3rd party company. Complimentary Beach Service for 2 is provided. A savings of $50 per day!

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the balcony! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
