Pelican's Landing has three bedrooms, including two king beds and a set of twin bunks. There are two bathrooms, the master is private to the bedroom, and the hall is shared between the guest bedroom & bunkroom.

Laguna Beach is one of the last stretches of Panama City Beach with no developments beachside. It is home to the Carousel Grocery and Liquor Store, Thomas's Donuts, and Back Beach BBQ, which we highly recommend all three. Each of our homes in Laguna Beach is within a 5-minute walk. There is generally plenty of parking along the road and multiple walk-down accesses with no stairs to traverse.

Bicycles and Golf Carts are an amazing way to get around the area. Many vendors in the area send us a message about who we recommend. Check in and park the vehicle for the duration of your stay. Flip Flops are required.

Storm and Hurricane Policy: In the event that there is an impending storm, refunds, and cancellations will not be issued unless the Bay County emergency team issues a mandatory evacuation. Refunds are only issued for the nights on which mandatory evacuations are mandated. **Trip insurance is available from outside vendors but most may have to be purchased within 48 hours of booking**

We are not pet friendly; if caught with a pet, you will be subject to a 500.00 fine and asked to leave the property or kennel the animal for the remainder of the stay. Any service animal stays must be disclosed to the host prior to arrival.

There is a NO Smoking policy in place, meaning not inside or outside the property boundaries of the cottage. Please advise the front porch camera will alert the representing host if rules are broken.

~Hurricane Policy: Refunds will only be granted if the Bay County officials order a mandatory evacuation. Refunds will only pertain to the dates affected by the evacuation. Guests should purchase a trip insurance policy widely available to the consumer market, such as Generali, Rental Guardian, and Fidelity Trip Insurance
~Any VRBO or Expedia bookings will have a 15% processing fee regardless of the refund time frame. We are an integrated partner that processes all payments directly

~ Community Golf Carts: We rent community only (not street legal) golf carts to drive around in Laguna Beach Estates. Destinations include the Carousel Grocery, Thomas's Donuts and Ice Cream, down to the beachside first come service parking, and the Old Beach Bar. Please inquire directly for more information.
